We love going to Rich’s! There is always some kind of kids movie or cartoon for our kids to watch while we are waiting!
The servers are really friendly and so helpful! They make you feel at home and comfortable.

Is the food good? Yes. Is the staff friendly? Always. Is the staff attentive? Almost always. Will I return? Absolutely. A little small and cramped? I think they opened up the space a bit compared to the pizza place that was there before. But yes, still a bit small feeling.
I wouldnt wrote home about it, but it was a decent meal for a decent price in comparison to other sit down restaurants. I just didnt find anything to be spectacular. I'm not sure how they are famous burgers....read full review

Just had a wonderful Sunday morning breakfast. Food was good. Portion size was LARGE ! Trinity and Jeannine provided excellent service . Thanks !!! 👍

Rich's Famous Burgers is a cozy burger establishment in Pacific. The food is good and the staff is friendly and attentive. The restaurant is a little small and cramped, though it opened up the space a bit compared to the pizza place that was there before. The burgers are excellent, and the Swiss cheese is amazing. The menu is awesome and hard to pick from because everything looks so good. Guests can build their own burger, and the fries are super good. The kid's meal is a real good value. The jam burger is a standout, though it has been done before. The steak tips and eggs breakfast is so good, with tender and well-seasoned steak, eggs cooked to order, and yummy potatoes. The spicy pickle fries and side salad are good, and the salad is huge and well worth the price. Service is fantastic, with guests greeted at the door immediately and polite, attentive waitresses. The experience is satisfying, and many would return.
