We were on the way home from vacation and wanted pizza for dinner. Imo's, in Pacific Mo., was the second place we tried. We found an online coupon for a medium two-topping pizza and placed the order and asked for two glasses of water. The gal behind counter rang up the order. I looked at it and she was charging us $2.99 for one glass of water. I asked her about it and she said she was only charging us for one, not two. I told her to forget it and we walked out. We won't be ordering from Imo's anytime soon.

I tried to place an order online and when I went to check out with my debit card a hold was placed on my account even though they rejected my card for payment because they said I entered the address wrong. The hold they placed on my account kept me from being able to get food for the next 2 days until the hold they put on my card cleared Monday. Thanks imos. Last time I use the automatic address selection feature! Or order your overpriced pizza

This Imos is my go-to after a long work day. They know the correct way to make a great Imos Pizza. I usually get the deluxe, but this time, I was craving paste, and their baked lasagna is fantastic. It is reminiscent of what I had in the Hill neighborhood of St Louis. Their attention to detail for delivering is very customer friendly. The driver was running a bit behind due to some flooding in or area, so the store called and gave us a heads up. Now that is great customer server 👌

The atmosphere was amazing. The service was okay but I ordered an appetizer and my pizza came before my appetizer did. The pizza had a weird texture to the cheese enough to ruin the experience. I've been all over the country and had many different pizzas as I'm a huge pizza lover and this one is by far the worst I've ever had.

In all honesty, they had literally just opened up, so to be to strict is just not fair!!!!!! Staff was polite and friendly. Atmosphere and ambiance was great for the early hours we arrived 🙌 quite frankly the oven was still heating up. Great 👍 job Staff 👏

They had the best customer service! I accidentally sent my order to the Union Imos and not the Pacific. When we figured out what happened, I paid them while they rushed my salad, and I got a refund for the other. Couldn't of asked for better service!
