The old lady at front register was rude!!!! I know she was busy with what was going in but that dosent mea to be rude and get angry. Plus the chicken wasnt even hot

Don’t even go in the restroom. Yuck! Nuggets were dry and disgusting. Counter service was not good. The young boy behind the counter was the only one who bothered to greet and help us. The whole thing was just awful.

First off looks like thay have great reviews 🤣🤣...I can't wait till thay go out of business.. it's coming I can't even tell you how lazy the employees are dont want to make original recipe chicken an hour before thay close thay seem to only have the new burnt chicken but pink in the middle and probably made in the afternoon and sat under lights because nobody eats there because that's the way their service is 😁... Put a....jack n the box there with good employees then everybodys happy😁... Good luck KFC will never ever go there again..

When I opened the box I was shocked at what I saw. How could they have served this of which was supposed to be original recipe? What’s happening to KFC. I wish I could post the photos somehow.

Counterstaff was very amazing. Quick to take the order and very friendly. The food came out super quick and delicious.
Order crispy chicken and it came wet and soggy, and the macaroni was brown

Wandering why it takes 20 minutes for a chicken strips meal at a FAST FOOD facility this was extremely disappointing. So much for being in a hurry. I will not be back and will pass this around. Thanks for crappy service

Always out of stuff. Got food that's obviously not fresh. So I mean, can't be too good if it's 2 hours old. 😐
Edited to add years later, food still hasn't improved, fryers were down for weeks and then they're severely annoyed about seven chicken littles in the drive thru 😭‼️ not them forgetting other people have worked food service, can see the empty parking lot, and can rationalize that's literally only seven chicken strips and people can order 14 piece chicken strip in the drive through.... Make it make sense.... 🤨

The colonel is rolling over in his grave so fast that he's getting dizzy from all the disgraces of today's KFC! The inability to drain the oil of the chicken while it is still hot is sad. The last two KFC's did not have fries because they said their fried is down.

Went through drive through just now.And ordered a 6 piece family meal.Deal and ask for crispy chicken get Home.And the chicken is soggy as a baby's diaper... How hard is it for people to get the order?Correct , we spend our money on a service With expectation of getting what we paid for..
