I don’t like to put negative post but I would not recommend this place to anyone it needs to be cleaned a new staff I gave this location several changes and it did get any better something litely warm or hard even waited on food to cook for over 30 mins spent 70 something dollars called corporate and they gave a 30 voucher to still get the same service food not cooked all the way food cooled off and biscuits hard just a

I ordered my food for delivery and It took 2 hours to receive my order which was cold . Tried to get a refund but all they could offer was partial refund because I had to food which I was trying to return it but they closed store a hour before posted closing time.

There's a bunch of teens that work there, and none of them at this location seems to care about the customers or the customers' experience, and you can tell that by the quality of the food being served.
Parking: If you're in a hurry, I wouldn't recommend stopping here.

Giving 1 star is generous. We came through drive thru to order and the young man was so rude because I asked if they had rootbeer. He needs to find a non retail job because this is not for him and it caused us and others to drive away and cancel our orders.

Went here at 7:50 and the worker at the drive through was extremely rude. I said I wanted a small side and he said “we dont have smalls” and wouldnt take our order until we said serving. Then he gave attitude back. Not coming back anytime soon until they get better workers.

I went through the drive through and the person working there at 4:40 on 07/15 refused to take my order. He told me I had to use the word individual instead of small while knowing exactly what I was talking about. I left

I'm currently typing this from the KFC parking lot.
The TWO ONLY SHIFT is so burnt out and exhausted, I feel so bad for them. I'd love to see more employees working at this store 😕
Even after all of this, obviously being heavily hit for the evening rush, these TWO EMPLOYEES are serving customers so much more in the department of respect and dignity.
I have been coming to this location since 2013, and these are the best employees I have ever seen working here.
I hope higher management and owners see this post and applaud and reward these two employees.
I would love to address this to higher management and owners if they wished to hear about these employees hard efforts to bring this store back. 💜
