I had to wait an hour for a plain chicken sandwich. The chicken wasn’t even fully cooked. The tables, floors, and furniture were covered in crumbs and trash. The decorations were okay. I saw the men who were serving me wipe and pick their nose with their hands.

Frequently out of items, they clean machines at bad times (i.e. frappe machine during breakfast), mess up orders (missing items or items replaced with fries for some reason). Mostly blame the franchise owner for not caring about standards when he is in a super profitable location attached to a gas station right next to Six Flags. Cheap owners don't seem to care about quality products or service so it's hard to blame employees who aren't given standards to meet.

I haven't had McDonald's in a while going to eureka I thought I'd stop and get me a burger got it on the way home took a bite out of it and thought it tasted funny looked at it and it didn't have no meat on it now how do you not put meat on the burger 🤷

Person working is obviously not fit for the job. Tried to NICELY explain to them that we wanted a big mac bundle (20 nuggets, 2 big macs, 2 medium fries.) After explaining to her multiple times she kept trying to charge me for two SINGLE big macs then when I tried to tell her we had a second order she ignored me and told me to drive to the first window for my total. Mind you she had to of heard me because it got to a point I was SCREAMING for her to hear me. If you’re not capable of pressing a button or listening to your customers you don’t need to work. I’ve worked at mcdonald’s myself a long time ago and know dang good and well it’s not that hard. Would rate 0 stars if i could.

They are quicker to serve the people in drive thru then the people that are waiting inside ...it was cheaper to go to McDonald's back in the day now it's over priced junk food

This is how much bacon I got on my bacon egg and cheese bagel. If you don’t have enough bacon cooked for a sandwich you could just say that to your costumer.

They forgot my kids' happy meals, the fries were so salty we couldnt eat them, and my husband got food poisoning. Wasted $35.

For the last two days I get the same thing a steak biscuit and for some reason, they mistake it for an egg biscuit every time. And customer service is not always the best. And I been having issues with this location for a while so it’s not just two days
