The food was good but when me and my freinds got sweet tea the tea was not sweet It tasted like unsweetened tea and water together so when we tried to get it a second time it still tasted the same. We went to get it for a third time but it still was not sweet so one of my freinds went to get the manager but he was extremely rude so we left

Went in, ordered on the machine. Got a snack wrap meal. Waited probably 40 minutes my for my order, then the long hair guy manager brings me a bag, after rubbing his bare belly with his bare hands, and he has just the 2 snack wraps. Says “Here’s your meal”. I can’t help but laugh at how bad the service was. I waited about another 20 minutes and finally got my drink, without a lid, and the fries. Not even gonna lie, if I have time, I’ll probably come back because it was too funny to watch these employees struggle to perform the most basic of tasks.

Waited in lobby for 20 min for someone just someone to step out of the back and take my order never seen a person. Walked back out. The lobby was full of people waiting to get there order taken. Why even be open if you dont serve anyone

Over 40 minutes in the drive thru. Guy at the window was half asleep didn’t know what we ordered. Another employee was standing in the kitchen with no shoes on. Health department is being contacted.

All of the employees were incredibly rude today, arguing with customers and giving everyone attitude, getting orders wrong, taking too long to get food out, half of them were standing around not doing anything. I ordered one McChicken and I was waiting 30+ minutes while others who ordered after me and way more than me got their orders before me. Trash was overflowing out of the trash can and no one was changing gloves after touching their phones and other surfaces. Very disappointing.
