If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I've tried giving them chance after chance after chance, but they are so slow and so behind, that I will not be coming back to this. I do not recommend this McDonald's location even though it's the only one in Pacific.

If I could give zero stars you bet your ass I would. This place has gone so downhill, when I go here for my coffees the lady has been nothing but a rude little snob. not only that but when I made an online order, I get a note inside my bag saying sorry our machines are broke have a nice day! so I just spent 20 dollars for a damn bagel sandwich. that is not okay!! you guys want to charge extra for this and that yet you guys never remember to add it to stuff. this has become so Ridiculous and its not the first time this place has done crap like this. The Pacific Mcdonalds employees are lazy and rude and if you want better service go to Eureka!! even the food quality and appearance of the food you receive is alot better. iam done with this mcdonalds!!!!

Went through drive through and got a fish sandwich and it was completely plain and was given to receipt and no ticket on the box like there should have been, I called in and they said they could remake it for me this time since I didn’t have a receipt even tho they could just go back in their system and see I ordered that 20 minutes ago like I told them. I get here and come inside for the remake and the lady on the phone was the one at the counter and she had nothing to say but rudely argued with me that she didn’t see me in the drive through it’s always something here I don’t recommend coming through here because they gave me another plain fish sandwich as my remake

Very rude service from management and other workers. The lady who took my order was very short and you could tell she was not interested in her job at all not only that but after she took our order the manager passed us our food by tossing the food into our hand with force. not only did we deal with terrible service with the customer service side but the people who made our food also put no effort in basically throwing the burger together. would not suggest this place for anything but the quick service( since they rush it all even when there isnt a soul in line nor are there other orders on screen)

I ordered at the kiosk inside. Waited 15 minutes for my order. I get my bacon egg and cheese biscuit only to find a long curly black hair INSIDE the egg poking out of the sandwich. I go up to the counter and wait another 5-7 minutes for the lady to come back to the counter. I show her the hair and she asked me if I want it remade and what it was. I go sit back down to wait, and end up waiting for an ADDITIONAL 10 minutes until I go up to the counter and the lady asks the kitchen “did we start that remake for the dine in?” I was livid, because the order obviously wasn’t expedited, which I get it, still need to get orders out, but good lord I end up spending almost 30 minutes total for a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. The remake was obviously made in an extreme rush, food wasn’t even good. Don’t go to this location. I’m appalled that the GM doesn’t take the reviews from here and actually do something.

Took forever ordered orange juice employee said we have no orangewith no apology when asked so what diner so she literally shrugged and said anything else. Also ordered dine in it was brought out in a bag with no tray or napkins.
Update: 02/19/2025: Those sisters, i believe there are 3 that work there! Coffe is always perfect, and the order is always perfect! They are exceptional employees:

Got Double cheese burger with Mac Sauce only was smashed and Mac Sauce was everywhere all over the outside of the bun and the wrapper, what a total mess, Chicken Nuggets must have been cooked in really old grease and over cooked as well, the only acceptable item were the fries with the exception of the bag being only half full. What a disappointment, I will not be returning! McDonald's use to be a quality restaurant. What has happened to this brand in the past few decades is really disappointing. I'm surprised the cashier didn't ask for a tip!
