Ordered food online for curbside pickup. Ordered at 6:46pm. They got two of the five sandwiches wrong and gave us cold fries. Have been trying to call since 7pm. Have called over thirty times. Busy signal every time. It's now 9:40pm. They've taken their phone off the hook. Absolutely ridiculous.

Poorly organized. They have plenty of personel but lack organizational skills .I submitted my order ahead of time for it to be ready when I got there. It was not. I waited over 10-15 minutes and some how they still managed to give me cold fries. Fast food is uneatable cold. Will never come back

I got an order around 12:45pm on 8/12/25 and I have never felt so accommodated for in fast food. I got a meal and asked for an Oreo McFlurry for the drink, because I’ve had an emotional day. The young girl in drive through told me that they don’t have that. Now here where it is different, usually workers will say they cannot do something and that will be the end, but then, the young woman told me “instead you could do an Oreo shake but it will be an up charge”. I know this may be simple to others but this meant a lot to me. The fries were fresh as well and my quarter pounder was great.

Gross. Nasty. Tables had hair all over them. Food was terrible. Never been to a McDonald’s that had bad fries. Well I learned you can mess up even fries. Burgers were smashed together. Couldn’t even eat the stuff. Flies we crawling around and landing on my kids and I when we were eating. Weird looking bumps on the buns. Bathrooms had broken open tobacco pouch’s all over. Overall gross experience.

I don’t normally leave bad reviews but the experience I had just now wasn’t acceptable. All I ordered was a medium fry, a filet o fish and mc chicken. I was waiting in line for quite a long time and then when my food finally comes out, I try to ask for sauce but the window gets closed before I could finish my sentence. I had to wave the worker down. And now as I go to try to eat my food, my filet o fish is so over cooked that it’s dried out and hard to chew and barely edible.. And my fries aren’t salted. Not cool. Please do better.
I had a good breakfast here at McDonald’s during my trip to Missouri on Saturday, July 12th, 2025. The food tasted good, the speed wasn’t too bad for the breakfast rush either (although it became lunchtime after a little bit). However it’s always hard to rate the service because they don’t like to take your order anymore, it’s pretty much only on the kiosks. You CAN wait in line to order in person but it takes a while. Ordered a Big Mac got what tasted & looked like reheated sausage instead of hamburger. Awful! Would have marched in an complained but went through drive Thru and was going to eat it on the way home 30 minutes away. Never eat at Pacific McDonald's again.

Ordered a bacon double and a double cheeseburger and had to pull over and wait, 4 other cars already waiting. Last time i came ordered just a bacon double and had to pull up and wait. This is not the FAST food it is suppose to be. And since they say their shake machine is broke (I'm sure) we had to go somewhere else also. Not very conducive for a lunch break. Should have just stayed with subway.

Service very quick this morning at counter.Employees polite and helpful. Manager stop by to see if I needed anything. Big breakfast was hot and good.All areas looked very clean ! 5 out of 5.
