We were on the way home from vacation, and decided to stop at Pizza Hut for dinner. We wanted to wash our hands and use the restroom first. Both restrooms looked like they had not been cleaned in a long time. We sat down and ordered the combo box from the back of the menu. The waitress took the order and went behind the counter to place it. She returned shortly and said that they don't sell the combo boxes. I said that they were on the menu. She said that we could order each item separately if we wanted. We left and won't be visiting any of their locations in the future.

Ordered a meatlovers pizza. Very skimpy, only seen a few small pieces of ham. Can't even be for certain there was any bacon. Picked it up, and the worker was finishing up at the prep station, swiped food off the prep table with his bare hands, and put it back in the containers. Done with this Pizza Hut. Unless I personally watch my order be prepped.

My pizza was so thin that there was barely any stability in each slice and my topping would just slide completely off cheese and all, the actual crust was so thick at the end that I had the tear it apart with my hands to eat any of it and the pizza was honestly worse than a 5$ frozen pizza from Walmart. My breadsticks had no seasoning whatsoever and the whole order seemed like it sat on a rack for 20 minutes before it came my way. I never thought I would have to tear my order apart like it was beef jerky to eat any of it, if I knew it would be like this when I ordered it I would’ve gotten a better pizza from the freezer section at dollar general

We got there very late and close to close and we were saying we were going to leave so they could close up but they were very hospitable and insistent that we stay, and we did. Extremely friendly staff and can't wait to frequent and go back.

Disappointing, I ordered a deep dish meat lovers and the crust was a hand toss. The second pizza was a BBQ chicken and there wasn't any BBQ sauce on the pizza. The flavor was good but not what I ordered. Next time I will open the box and totally check each pizza for all ingredients and crust.

My cheese bread had pretty much no cheese on it and was burnt the only pieces with a little amount of cheese was the 2 middle pieces. Usually it has lots of cheese on all pieces but not recently

I rarely provide reviews, but this eating experience was so surprisingly pleasant that I felt that a review was mandatory. My gal & I were traveling home from vacation and were tired and hungry with an hours long drive still ahead & just needed something besides drive thru junk. We ended up at Pizza Hut off I44 in Pacific and were not only greeted with a friendly staff, but were mildly embarrassed at the over the top service. Not only was our order correct (a rare thing lately), but the quality of the pizza was noteworthy. The ingredients were fresh and hot and exceeded our expectations. Before getting back on the road, we both visited the bathrooms and found them both to be clean...again, another shocker. Too bad we live in Springfield, or we would definitely return here frequently.
