Their closing time is at 9:00pm, and they told us they are cleaning up and leave early while we were eating our dinner. They had no right to make us leaving early. And yes they put food away too early. And they already turned the “Open” light off. Disbelieving!?!?

* They made our sandwiches not enough filling up before we were told to leave early.

I decided I would get my kids and myself subway for a late lunch. I walked in and the atmosphere was just awkward and not welcoming. The workers looked like they hated life and didnt even want to be there. I was going to walk out because I just wasn’t feeling the vibe. I went against my judgment and ordered. I asked for light mustard and light mayo.. but they LOADED it. Like they didn’t even pay attention. I asked for veggie oil and she drowned it.. like.. I wanted to just leave but my kids were depending on subway.. not to mention all looked like high school kids or very young adults, and no manager on site to talk to. So all I could talk to was kids🙄 by this time I was all around ticked off. They all acted so rude and not inviting… kind of like the vibe of… oh great, another costumer. I won’t be visiting this location again and I won’t recommend anyone to this location. Very unprofessional and no listening skills.. then I get home with my food, open my son’s sandwich. He starts eating it and found a long black hair in his FOOD! This place has NO BUSINESS serving food

I don't understand how it's so hard to get everything I ordered. They didn't give me my drink or foot long cookie. It's not hard to look at the order, make it all, pack it all up and send it on its way. I work my job and never don't give someone what they ordered. Poor job

It's Saturday night and the store is supposed to be open til 9:30. I arrive at 8:50PM and pull into a spot to park. The employee runs over and shut the lights off and turns the open sign off before locking the door. Honestly, my one and only visit to this store and that's how their employees act? Never going back

This Subway shop on Osage in Pacific is the best Subway shop around. I stop for 1 of my fav sandwiches during lunch break at the school. The service is quick and the staff rocks.

They screwed up on our online sandwiches then when my husband when back to the store to talk to the manager the worker called the manager on the phone and the manager had the unprofessional nerve to go off on my husband. The manager actually screamed and told my husband he shouldn't of ordered his sandwiches on line and it's only a 6.99 sub, he should of came in person and paid full price and maybe his sandwiches would of been made right. Also, told my husband that he was just trying to get a free sandwich. We ordered 3 footlongs and they were all wrong and he was only returning 1 out of the 3 even though all 3 should of been returned!! If we was trying to get free food we would of tried to get all 3 and kept the old ones not brought back the 1 and it got thrown away in the trash can and got the right sandwich instead. For this to be a manager to speak to my husband this way is absolutely unacceptable and to have the worker holding the phone while he was on speaker just laughing about it is unbelievable. Something should be done about this and I will be going to the headquarters with this matter. Never have we had this problem til today and Never have I had this happen in my life anywhere!! Manager you need to be retrained on your professionalism and manners.

They are improving. The only things they screwed up this evening were adding onions and not toasting the sandwich. I recommend not ordering through the app because you really need to watch them every step to make sure they don't screw things up. The employees are friendly though, and they are trying, you just can't expect much from a store that only has kids working there. I imagine that if they got paid a decent wage they would care more. 4 stars for the kids, 2 stars for upper management, for an average of 3 stars.

Came in here for a quick bite to eat and had justice and Kaitlynn as our sandwich makers. Both women were extremely sweet and attentive. If severe weather comes your way we will definitely stop by again. Much love from the extreme tornado hunters team
