Paige was fantastic! Jasmines customer service was terrible! We watched her argue with a customer. She was definitely in the wrong. Crazy what terrible customer service is allowed in the workplace.

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Amanda for her outstanding customer service. My wife and I happened to stop in right before closing time — literally one minute before they were about to lock the doors. We honestly had no idea they were closing, and I completely would have understood if we had been turned away or if the staff had seemed frustrated that we came in so late. But Amanda didn’t show a single sign of frustration or impatience.
Instead, she greeted us with a friendly smile and immediately went to work making our sandwiches. She moved quickly but still took the time to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. It was clear that she cared about the quality of what she was serving, even though she was probably ready to close up and head home after a long day. That kind of attitude really stands out — it says a lot about her character and her commitment to good customer service.
Most people would have rushed through the order or been short with us at that time of night, but Amanda stayed professional, polite, and genuinely helpful the entire time. It’s not easy to find employees who treat customers that well, especially right before closing, and I think she deserves recognition for it.
I truly appreciate her effort and positive attitude — it turned what could’ve been an awkward or rushed experience into a really pleasant one. Thank you, Amanda, for going above and beyond and representing your workplace so well. I’ll definitely be back because of the service you provided.

I just recieved an order from this location I got 2 sandwiches and a salad. And all of it was wrong, I asked for sandwiches to be toasted, neither was, I asked for no meat on my salad and there was meat all over it, the salad also was not chopped up. Whole pieces of cheese, and tomato. Very very disappointing to get.

I went into the Pacific Subway to get 5 sandwiches for a small work crew. There was a line of about 5 people so I thought this might take awhile. They had three Employees working that were very friendly and courteous to start with. They worked very well with each other. In less than 10 minutes I was paid up and out the door with fresh made sandwiches all made to order. I was super impressed with this Subway. These 3 Employees rocked it with not only their Service but their Friendlynesss even in a rush. I even got a Free Cookie. How Cool is that!!!

If you bothering don’t even bother 2 order from either subways in pacific Missouri they never make a sandwhich right, there rude, and when they make a mistake they don’t even try to fix it they just charge your another sandwich. Horrible service everytime all young rude teenagers.

Me and my girlfriend were discriminated on in here by the employees. The young girl was making my sandwich and burnt the bacon I nicely asked for I burnt bacon she then started picking at the bacon taking off the burnt pieces I simply said no thank you I’d like new bacon . That is disgusting. She cooked more bacon but only half of what goes onto a foot long so I didn’t even get what I paid for. Then she pawned me off to another worker because “I was too much to handle” . Then as we sat down this girl and a nother worker were staring at us , laughing at us and talking about us. I don’t recommend this location they do not know the defitiinion of customer service
