This Taco Bell dine in experience was disappointing. Only one person greeted me at tye counter. Apparently,corporate office has decided to remove all human contact at tye front counter. I would like to see people look le in the eye and say hello. I s that too much to ask?

Ordered food in drive through call in after getting home I live about 30 min away got food after work and they forgot my $5 burrito and they say I never called and they donât have it written down never spending my money at this establishment again this isnât the first time they have done this to me I have the call logs showing when I called go to this place if you like your money to be stolen from you.

Drink was not the one we ordered and when we asked if it was right the worker proceeded to say âon god that is how itâs madeâ and then after he started skateboarding in the parking lot. Idk whoâs hiring these kids but they need to re-evaluate.

Poor understaffed restaurant workers. Like constantly understaffed. Food was taco bell so you get what you get. But holy cow hire some folks maybe raise your hourly rate

I can see why this place only has 3 stars, every time Iâve been through that drive thru at night my order is NEVER made correctly, it shouldnât be that hard to make food for a living, I order the same thing and still canât get it made right , the workers are cool they just donât know what theyâre doing.

So tired of getting ripped off here getting the wrong order ripped off again.. so I'll never go there again will go to eureka if wanting taco bell. Total of 9 dollars of getting ripped off so I will get money back in sauce I will go there periodically and load up on mild hot and very hot sauces napkins and straws etc đ€Ł have a great day

I went through the drive thru like any other time when I make my nightly thursday stop. My previous orders had been made incorrectly for the past few weeks but I chocked it up to them being busy. Well tonight I was the only one in the drive thru when I asked if I could have a double beef burrito and have them grill it. I mentioned that they hadn't been grilled for my past orders and they said they would get it taken care of. After I got home and went to go eat my burrito I saw that it had been grilled. While being grilled it was absolutely destroyed and entirely the wrong burrito. When I tried to call the store to rectify my issue they answered the phone and immediately hung up. I was very upset to say the least and im unsure if I will ever go back to that taco bell. Mcdonalds is right next door and at least they give the same consistency in the food they serve there.

If these employees make 14.50$ an hour, they are paid 14$ an hour to much. This is the worst Taco Bell I've been to. I have given this place multiple chances and it never changes. You never get any napkins, or a spork, or asked if you want sauce.. 88% of the time your order is completely wrong. Food is NEVER hot. Its not the cleanest place either. Tonight 5-22-25 all the teenage skateboard kids are hanging out with their friends that work there and nothing is getting accomplished. The owner of this location should be ashamed of themselves and be forced to close. Be warned folks, this place sucks.
