If these employees make 14.50$ an hour, they are paid 14$ an hour to much. This is the worst Taco Bell I've been to. I have given this place multiple chances and it never changes. You never get any napkins, or a spork, or asked if you want sauce.. 88% of the time your order is completely wrong. Food is NEVER hot. Its not the cleanest place either. Tonight 5-22-25 all the teenage skateboard kids are hanging out with their friends that work there and nothing is getting accomplished. The owner of this location should be ashamed of themselves and be forced to close. Be warned folks, this place sucks.

this will be the only food review i ever post because genuinely, from the bottom of my heart, i hate this taco bell. today was my last straw.
i got the cantina chicken burrito and when i opened the wrapping, there was a slit in the side of my burrito that had OLD N COLD chicken and sauce oozing out of it. i thought “oh well, that sucks, but oh well” as i took a bite. my mouth was instantly flooded with straight chipotle sauce. i was drowning in this sauce. i powered through two more bites of straight sauce with nothing else at the beginning of my burrito. once i got to the rest of the ingredients the chicken was stale and a weird brown color. (i’ve gotten this burrito before at many different taco bell’s and the chicken never tasted or looked like it did today.) there’s little lettuce and NO purple cabbage. the avocado ranch flooded the other side of my burrito and leaked out of a SECOND hole that was in my poor burrito.
So… i toss this burrito away after unraveling the horrible folded tortilla and seeing the THEFT of my purple cabbage, the SEA of sauces, and the AGE of my chicken. “it’s okay.” i tell myself, because i had ordered a supreme crunchy taco to pair with the burrito. “surely my taco will at least be okay” NO. ❌ WRONG. the shell was soft and oily tasting! there was sour cream all over my taco and inside of the wrapper!! when i picked my taco up the shell was so soft and mushy it fell apart!!! when i tried making a taco salad out of it i could barely separate the shell with my fork!!!! and the meat was OLD.
AND THESE TWO ITEMS WITH MY SODA THAT HAD LITTLE SYRUP IN IT COST ME 13 US DOLLARS.
never again. Pacific taco bell is like a toxic ex that i keep going back to hoping they change and are better. i gotta put me first.

Literally everytime I've ordered from here, my order is wrong. I try to give the benefit of the doubt, but the efforts are futile. If I could actually talk the way I want to on here, I'd be saying some awful stuff. Literally 4-4 on messing up my orders the past few times I've been there. No longer gonna be coming to this location due to lack of literally everything. Service, food, readiness, etc etc...

Omg. The worst taco bell I have ever been to. The bathrooms are like a dirty gas station. The dining area was filthy. We found an acceptable table in the back. I told them they needed to clean the tables and the bathroom. One of the workers came out to the dining area and began wiping the dirt up with a napkin. There was no spray bottle of disinfectant used. The order was wrong, and the lady made up an excuse why it was wrong. She said she got side tracked . All of our box orders were in a bag loosely. There were no actual boxes. You also have to order from the kiosk. There was not a choice to have a human take the order.

Place was dirty, floor was sticky and had to clean a table to sit down. Watch a table get clean with a dry napkin when eating.
Order got messed up and food took far too long.
Wasn't happy about kiosk machine.
I won't return here, just ended up here because we forgot to pack lunch.

Lady at the window was very nice, but my soft taco was missing one of the only 3 ingredients required for a taco (lettuce) and my cantina meal was missing the chips.

Food is fine, but the management is awful. This place was good at one time, but now they’re not giving me change and threatening to kick me out just for insisting on it.
Also, once you order on the computer, make sure you pay immediately or they’ll keep you waiting infinitely, which they don’t tell you!
The chicken nuggets were quite good but the nacho fries were tough and cold The mango tea was delicious

Have shopped in a few times and it’s been okay, most recent time I ordered food and all three items were incorrectly made. Sent an email to customer service and they offered a $5 gift card. For $12-$15 of incorrect food. Absolutely not. Thought about stopping in today to just talk to someone since I was nearby…saw 6 employees go out the back door to break at the same time and knew it wasn’t worth it.
