The lady's working here are very nice. Taco Tuesday at all Taco Bells they offer 99 cent tacos but this location charges $2 each. This franchise is greedy and doesn't appreciate the customers. Everyone should stop patronizing this place and teach the greedy franchise a lesson...

That Taco Bell is probably the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to! There’s a tall guy there who always wears a beanie with brown hair and he always makes sure I get my drinks and all of my food is in the bag! He definitely deserves a raise and he is so amazing at making food.

Genuinely the worst restaurant experience I’ve had. I go in 2 hours before close and they’re out of half of their drinks, they had the A/C on when it’s 20 degrees out, bathroom has stains that look like blood in the sink, no regular menus and you have to order through a touch screen, food sucks, they forgot my friends order and filmed obnoxious loud TikTok’s with the most nasty smelling perfume on for 15 minutes when we were the only people in the entire restaurant, and my friends chicken burrito was- and I’m not joking- literally like 90% tortilla. I wish I was joking. It’s all uphill from here.

I want to Taco Bell today I would not recommend this place at all apparently they have a new rule where you can only pay with your credit card on the kiosk which is absolutely stupid because some people don't know how to use those I was very disappointed the employee I told her that I had money she told me I had to use the kiosk and I told her that I would take my money elsewhere if you have cash I would never recommend this place it just takes credit card only some people don't even know how to use these things especially elderly people who don't know how to use them even some younger people don't know how to use them either I'm really upset about this place I was angry 😡 I would not be coming back here for a long time very long time don't waste your time in money going to this place unless you want to be disappointed like I was and my grandma my grandma told me while we were inside their she said that it was illegal and what they were doing and wrong so if you want to go get something to eat I will go to McDonald's and and get the right kind of service they can do things right Taco Bell cannot like I said I would never go back here to talk about ever again for a very very very very very long long time I have never had problems with this place until today

What the heck??
I waited at least 1/2 hour & not one employee came into the restroom to wash my hands. . .What's the deal with employees must wash hands? Do you think your customers are ignorant? Such a simple task, I could have done it myself if it weren't for that stupid sign stating the employees must wash hands. Dumb rule, Get a brian.
There wasn't anyone in here when we arrived. Took over 30 minutes to get our food after we ordered at the kiosk because no one was staffing the counter. Half our food was cold & we had to ask for our cups after the bag of food was finally tossed at us across the counter. The women's restroom was locked without any sign to indicate the key was being held at the counter. The excuse they gave for withholding the key was because they supposedly get more men customers and that way there's always an open restroom for women. Personally, that's a dumb reason, especially when there's no one staffing the flipping counter. Even the people picking up for door dash are having to wait for their food. Ridiculous. We ordered as Dine In, but they gave our food in a bag. The ceiling is falling in the dining area & the mess is just sitting on the floor with no effort being made to clean in up. Overall the food is decent enough once you get it, but don't come in here even a bit hangry or your head might explode. We won't be back.

two problems. got handed one of my root beers with zero ice while the other had ice and i was confused, asked for ice and the guy told me it probably just melted sitting there. um??? so why am I being given an old drink thats sat out so long its watered down? he didnt even give me a new drink just dumped a little out and added some ice. are you kidding me? other problem is all and I mean ALL of my tacos were handed to me in the bag cold enough that the soft shells were getting crusty. absolutely unacceptable and the worst service I have ever recieved.
