Very enjoyable. Had breakfast twice and one dinner. Friendly staff and good food. Seemed reasonably priced.

Ngt worn and negånget, water leak from the ceiling. Broken chairs and generally worn. very nice and helpful staff who were very friendly. A little stingy portions in relation to price. Limited menu.

In the offseason the menu was limited and mostly prepared from frozen foods. Not terrible but not good either

The Hay Market is within the Holiday Inn at Six Flags and is within a historical dairy barn that was converted many years ago...
Through out the years we have dined here off and on... on Thanksgiving Day they offered a holiday themed buffet... which was delicious...
Melissa was our waitress that day... she was attentive and stopped by to make sure we we not in need of anything... everyone was kind and wonderful...
We will definitely eat there again...

Went to the Holiday Inn Hay Market Buffet today. This is the second year for me. All the food was cold(I mean right from the refrigerator)and tasteless. The pies definitely came from some grocery store’s frozen food section. I can’t believe I didn’t learn my lesson from last year!!🤮

Do not pay for this awful breakfast buffet! Food was awful. Drinks were nothing special but awful expensive. Do yourself a favor and go to McDonalds across the street.

Breakfast buffet was powdered eggs, awful sausage, and watery gravy. Bacon was good and the ham. Way overpriced for the quality. Staff was nice but hard to find.
Stayed at the holiday inn six flags for 3 days. Decided to try the in house restaurant the first night and boy do we regret it. $200 for my family of 8 and if it wasn’t for the friendly service we would have sent everything back. Spinach dip was good, burgers were tasteless, fish was like the frozen grocery store fillets. Not worth the $18 a person for a meal.
78 for me and a child. Food was mediocre at best. I would definitely avoid

Cute resteraunt nestled in the hotel we stayed at. Breakfast was great. Ordered appetizers later at night and the toasted ravioli was good, Queso was fantastic! However I don't recommend the spinach dip. Prices were a little steep for the amount of food you get. Service is great. Overall pretty alright. ☺️

Ehhh this place is alright. It is quite expensive and the employees were quite friendly. The first day we were there, they had a breakfast buffet but the next it was just a normal restaurant. I got a breakfast burrito and it had barely any flavor. The breakfast buffet did have a ton of options from fruits, cereal, French toast, bacon, and many other items.
