This restaurant’s staff knocks it out of the park for friendliness and service. They seemed to know most of the customers However, the food we ordered was just mediocre. My beans were cold and so were my grilled vegetables. They were grilled but still had cold spots. Their rolls were so sweet I could have been eating cake! The ladies across from us ordered the pork chop special. They were tapping their chops with their knives to show how tough they were. Go here to be treated nicely but not necessarily for the food.

Fast service with a smile. Food came quickly. The locals go there. I had a veggie plate with great fried okra and black eyed peas cooked to perfection. Spouse had the chicken enchilada casserole and said it tasted great. He was not the biggest fan of the rice but the ding doesn’t diminish the 5. Not expensive. Give it a try!

If passing through Paris do yourselves a favor and stop here to eat!! I had the lunch special (meatloaf,mashed potatoes, black eyed peas, roll) and it was delicious! My husband had the club sandwich and he said it was the best he ever ate! The service was great! Everyone passing our table checked on us!! We will be back!!

A group of 23+ showed up on a Saturday for a Mother’s Day/Birthday celebration. It looked like they were cleaning up to close. We inquired about a reservation that was made on Google for 2:30. We were informed they were closing at 3! They quickly changed plans and made us all feel welcomed. They put us in the inside patio area. One of my brothers recently had back surgery. Upon seeing his discomfort in trying to sit, they got him a barstool and a prep table to eat at. The food and service was phenomenal. Our waitresses were very accommodating and assured us it was okay to work late. I am so proud to have a family-oriented business that goes above and beyond!

What an amazing restaurant with home made delicious cooking. This restaurant is clean and the staff are all very friendly and so very polite. We absolutely enjoyed our breakfast and everything was prepared perfectly, plus the portions were very generous. It’s obvious that they order their meats and food products from a local source and their prices are very, very reasonable. I have no idea when I have paid $5.49 for a full cooked breakfast that was more than I can eat. We were totally amazed. This is a must stop if you are traveling thru this town.
I have stopped here twice in the last couple of years travelling south to visit friends in Texas. Both times were awesome! The service was great, the food was good, and the environment was fantastic. I really enjoy the music they play. I had a chicken sandwich when I visited last week, and breakfast before. I also bought a high bounce ball for my son as a souvenir before I left. I strongly recommend this joint!

We ordered the chicken fried chicken and it was not edible it was so over cooked that we couldn't chew it or cut it. We told the waitress and she just walked away. We ordered sides but were brought different sides until she finally got it right. We finally just paid the bill and went somewhere else to eat

Everything was good food, service, cleanliness and prices. Is seat yourself drink order was being taken as we sat down. I had the big house breakfast again ,wife had hamburger basket again and again hamburger & fries was all good fries were fresh cut & nice size burger. My big house breakfast was very good ordered double this go around much better full meal deal guess if was a negative would be wife's fries a lil too salty for me which was perfect for her she being a saltaholic. Recommend

First time we ever ate here. I had a simple cheeseburger. How can you mess that up? The meat tasted like it had fillers in it. Dry, not juicy. Not tasty at all! Come on. I could have had a better burger at a fast food place. The fries were ok but somewhat limp. My husband had the special and he said it was ok. Not going back.

Had eaten breakfast here and it was good, we tried lunch on December 29, 2019 about 2:00 pm. Started okay and unfortunately it went down from there, we both ordered the daily specials! The meal came after 30 minutes and both were room temperature, my husband asked for gravy on mashed potatoes and never got it. Had to trip waitress to get her attention, had her sights on a truck driver at another table. Said waitress dropped a cap off the steak sauce and it flopped all over the place and she picked it up and put it directly on the bottle. The people behind us had something in there food there the waitress took behind the counter and disposed of it without telling manager/cook or anyone. Not even an okay experience.
