“Coljac used to be my daily breakfast and coffee spot when I worked in Farmington. I don't get to stop as often now but always try to when I'm in town! Great food, fantastic coffee and the service is unmatched- that hasn't changed in the years I've been stopping in.“

“Lorelei was the sweetest, most attentive waitress I've had in a long time. The food was a lot better than I remember it being. It IS on the expensive side, however, isn't anywhere on the expensive side these days? overall I give this place 10/10. Customer service, to me, will always outweigh the taste/appearance/price of the food.“

“There was several things to choose from on the menu. It was hard to decide. The service was great. Everyone liked their food. The waitress was a great server and friendly. The only thing I would complain about is they didn't give my son very many fries with his burger. I ordered a side of fries for $4 and there wasn't very many on it either. That was a little disappointing. If you were in to sports it would be a good place to watch them. They have lots of TVs. Would go back.“

“Great local diner in Farmington. Had a great breakfast here with four people.
They were packed and we got one of the last tables, but the service was amazingly good considering how busy it was on a Saturday morning.
Server was very friendly and helpful. Portions of course were huge. The corn beef hash is homemade.
Only nitpicky negative was asking for the hashbrowns to be extra crispy and they weren’t.
I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. There’s gonna be plenty of leftovers.“

“Places a mobile order 30 minutes before close, as I arrived I was told they didn’t have much Mac n cheese left for my side, so they gave a ton of shrimp and free large drink along with free bread sticks to make up for it. Anywhere else would’ve just told us to get over it, love this place.“

“I never have a good experience at any Applebee's and haven't came to one in over 2 years. My husband and I decided to give this one a shot on a Sunday evening and it was great. The best food I've ever had at an Applebee's. Our waitress seemed slightly more focused on the deep cleaning going on BUT she was still attentive. I really appreciated that when she brought me a new water, it had a new lemon in it. More often than not servers refill your water but never seem to refill your lemon so I was happy at that ?. Sometimes it's the little things lol.
As business and restaurant owners ourselves, I really loved seeing the whole team of staff cleaning and helping each other out. It must've been deep clean night as they were dusting photo frames, organizing the bar, etc, and they were all working together. I LOVE that. Teamwork really does make the dream work!
Food was very fast, piping hot, and delicious. Thank you for actually cooking my steak medium rare as most places (especially other "steakhouses" in the area) over cook it usually. The chicken was the most tender and delicious chicken we've ever had at another restaurant (I think it was called sante fe or southwest... it was on the 2 for $36 menu). It was a great experience overall. I believe our waitress said her name was Hailey (sorry if wrong spelling!) We appreciated her prompt service and always being quick to get whatever we asked for!“
