“Trevor was great to work with. He has the numbers pretty well down to help guide what you need. He was easy to communicate with and does well with the logistics. The food is incredible. The side dishes he takes seriously and that sets him apart from your standard BBQ places.“

“Waitress was very nice. Always checked on Us. Had the Painkiller drink was really good. Food was hot good flavor. Can't spell what I had Pork with Mushroom gravy an mashed potatoes. Only thing maybe alittle more gravy and little more mash Potatoes. The other 4 had the Fish and said it was really good.“

“Great food, amazing service, and a great atmosphere. It’s a nice bar and grill that you can sit down and get a good meal at (their menu is huge and I struggle to pick something everytime we go because there are so many good options). They have fun seasonal drinks, daily specials and you can still easily hold a conversation with the people around you too. A must try!“

“Great Friday night fish place. It has a limited Lent Menu during this season but I think it is one of the Best!!! The fried pickles are a MUST appetizer!!! And the House Salad with the homemade Ranch Dressing ummm Yes please! The fish is hot and crispy and just right!! I opted for a bake potato and glad I did. I can't say enough about this place!!! If you are looking for a different place during Lent please stop in at Mr BBQ (Waterloo location)“

“Texas BBQ burger was huge. My husband took half home. He had also ordered a salad and it was too much food even for his big appetite.Dietary restrictions: I have gluten intolerance. The salad with grilled chicken, dried cranberries and feta cheese was delicious.“

“We stopped here for breakfast about 9am on Friday 10/13. No wait. There are about 14 tables in there. The menu is relatively small with the normal offerings. I had a Belgian waffle and a side of country ham while my husband had the all meat omelet. The server was attentive, keeping our coffees filled and the food didn't take too long. The butter and syrup were in the little plastic containers but the cream for my coffee was real. My waffle was warm enough that the butter melted. The slice of ham was big enough I used a piece of my husband's toast to make a sandwich. He said his omelet was good. Sometimes in a little place like this out-of-towners can get skimpy service but we felt at home. We'd definitely stop by again when in the area. Check out the goldfish tank inside an old stove.“
