I love this place because everything I order is made with carefully crafted flavors and texture—down to the salsa served on the side of burrito. It was homemade and fresh—not jarred. Burrito stuffed with eggs, chorizo, bacon, and more—ordered mine without potato. Smoky, not too spicy—YUM! BBQ was tender and tasty but chunky and not stringy—how delightful! Fries are always great and I must order every time I go. Chili had nice chunks of succulent turkey—you could see and taste the turkey. This place never disappoints and gets better every time I go.“

However, our waitress was super nice. The hostess and bar tender were very nice. The place has TV views and a variety of sports playing, so over experience was really good!“

“We came in for pasta night. Everything was fresh, MORE than enough food, a dessert was included and the atmosphere was top notch. We aren't drinkers so I can't speak to the taste of the cocktails but the glasses that passed our table were beautifully done, you can tell there is a lot of pride and skill that goes into the drink menu. We were greeted warmly by friendly faces and genuine smiles, the music was just the right level, I can't say enough wonderful things about our experience. We will definitely be returning!“

“We were going to be cutting through town during lent season for a late night volleyball game. The No-Jacks online ordering system was extremely easy to navigate, we placed our order, it was ready on time when we strolled through town and by the time we got home-the food was still wonderful! Their fish was great especially-good quality fish, nice flavor, fried perfectly. The vinegar based slaw was also wonderful. Glad to see fried okra in the menu too ☺️ We will be back!“

“Had eggs, country fried steak, hash browns, toast and coffee. Gravy for the country fried steak was delicious. Other items were also tasty. Eggs perfectly cooked. Coffee was great. Service was prompt and staff friendly. Televisions on the wall so you can watch tv while eating. Couple next to me had an omelette and biscuits and gravy said they were delicious. Next time I’ll try their pancakes or French Toast.“

“I have always found the staff here to be super friendly, some are a little more attentive than others but the service is generally good. I ordered the fish and chips. Our server stated the fish comes with fries, I wasn’t sure how to take that as I have a noticeable British accent. The fries were a little dry but the food was hot and fish was
good. The restaurant is also clean and well maintained.“

“I dont go out much because its usually a disappointment. But this was the best meal I've had in a very long time. The steak was cooked perfectly. Everything was seasoned. I told my husband it's the first time we've went out to eat, and I didn't have to grab the salt 5 times. I didn't put any salt on anything. Which says a lot. Hands done the greatest place to eat.“

“Absolutely loved this place! It is a top-notch must-stop when you’re in the area for a Budweiser tour. They clearly get their fair share of tourists, but never once did they make us feel like anything other than valued guests.

The food was amazing, the service was excellent, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. It’s clear they know how to handle visitors while still providing a genuine, welcoming atmosphere.

I would 1000% recommend stopping by if you’re in the area, and I will definitely be returning on my next visit!“

“If you’re anywhere near 1428 Tap Haus, do yourself a favor and stop in. The atmosphere is exactly what a neighborhood spot should be...homey, welcoming, relaxed, and full of good people. You can tell right away this isn’t some cookie-cutter bar. It feels like the kind of place where strangers become regulars after one visit. Misty and her daughter Mystical were incredibly friendly and made all of us Missouri guys feel right at home. Great service, great drinks, live music, and just an all-around good vibe from the moment you walk in the door. You can tell a lot about a place by the people running it, and 1428 Tap Haus has the kind of warmth and personality that keeps you wanting to come back. Looking forward to many more nights there!“

“Normally I LOVE this place ... not tonight. 45 mins in the drive through to get a cold burger handed to me , minus my concrete. She said she would go back and get it. Waited 10 more minutes , went inside , the line is out the door . Asked for my concrete, they handed me a completely melted cup of custard .... I asked for my money back. They had plenty of help , but no organization . They were all running around doing 2 or 3 different things , not organized at all, The manger was no where to be found .. I was told she was in the bathroom. When she finally came out , she had an I do nit really care what your complaint is attitude . I got my money back and left ... normally the food is hot and fresh, it takes a bit , but I have never seen such a mess as tonight !“
