This is a historical and documented haunted Mansion (this place has been investigated on ghost TV hunting shows). It's so unique and still quite beautiful in its original form with lots interesting stories and excellent food! Try to stay for the Sunday Famous chicken fried dinner. It's delicious! There's a bar in one of the rooms, a museum/gift shop in another. There are several dining rooms in other parts of the first floor. The Lemp Mansion offers an exquisite dining experience with excellent food, exceptional service, and a rich history. The ambiance is delightful, and the staff provides a pleasant experience. Guests can participate in ghost hunting experiences and historical tours led by knowledgeable guides. The Lemp Mansion has a lot of history and features a gift shop, a bar, mystery dinners, history tours, and special events.
The restaurant is located close to downtown in a safe neighborhood, and guests can spend the night in one of the mansion's six bedrooms, with the Lavender room being a popular choice. The Lemp Mansion is next to the Budweiser museum and the famous Clydesdale horses.
The food can be pricey, but it's good, and the service is excellent. Visitors consistently mention the delightful meals, the outstanding service, and the beautiful and historic setting. The dim lighting creates a unique atmosphere, and the flaming desserts are a highlight. While the wine list could use some thoughtful upgrading, the Lemp Mansion has a parking lot, which is a huge plus.
