“4-25-24 I went in to pick up a call in order, Katelyn was the only waitress and was doing amazing keeping up and had a smile on her face even when I asked to add another meal she was fast and polite. A couple chose to leave without paying and being rude and disrespectful to her. People need to remember the waitress doesn't make the food. She serves it in the order that the cooks put it out. I am beyond ashamed of how others act. thank you Katelyn you did an amazing job.“

“I just arrived home a few minutes ago from your restaurant and, let me tell you, everything was perfect for our evening. 1. Kendra was our server of 10 family members. She is the BEST I've ever had as a server and my family couldn't stop being so complimentary of her while we ate. she made the whole experience so wonderful. oh, and our checks were divided weirdly awkward (which was our fault), and Kendra figured it all out quickly. (give that girl a big raise!) 2. plenty of seating and room. 3. Everyone's food was delicious so my compliments to the chefs as well. 4. “There was several things to choose from on the menu. It was hard to decide. The service was great. Everyone liked their food. The waitress was a great server and friendly. The only thing I would complain about is they didn't give my son very many fries with his burger. I ordered a side of fries for $4 and there wasn't very many on it either. That was a little disappointing. If you were in to sports it would be a good place to watch them. They have lots of TVs. Would go back.“

“I never have a good experience at any Applebee's and haven't came to one in over 2 years. My husband and I decided to give this one a shot on a Sunday evening and it was great. The best food I've ever had at an Applebee's. Our waitress seemed slightly more focused on the deep cleaning going on BUT she was still attentive. I really appreciated that when she brought me a new water, it had a new lemon in it. More often than not servers refill your water but never seem to refill your lemon so I was happy at that ?. Sometimes it's the little things lol.

As business and restaurant owners ourselves, I really loved seeing the whole team of staff cleaning and helping each other out. It must've been deep clean night as they were dusting photo frames, organizing the bar, etc, and they were all working together. I LOVE that. Teamwork really does make the dream work!

Food was very fast, piping hot, and delicious. Thank you for actually cooking my steak medium rare as most places (especially other "steakhouses" in the area) over cook it usually. The chicken was the most tender and delicious chicken we've ever had at another restaurant (I think it was called sante fe or southwest... it was on the 2 for $36 menu). It was a great experience overall. I believe our waitress said her name was Hailey (sorry if wrong spelling!) We appreciated her prompt service and always being quick to get whatever we asked for!“
