I don’t know who the female working last night was but I Ordered a foot long sub with Chicken/ pepperoni/ shredded cheese/ lettuce/ mayo. And asked for it to be toasted. The sub was in fact not toasted, chicken ice cold and cheese was like you buy it from the store. Whole… not melted. Great staff, they were very busy with a bunch of high school students on a long lunch period, while I was there, but the staff worked great and got the orders done very quickly.Mine order of 3 foot longs was right on the mark. No issues
