Food is okay. Lacks flavor and is not cooked well. Service is pretty good though.
They make a really good omelette! It was great!
Its was mid at best. The bacon over cooked. The eggs are cooked in the wrong oil. Whatever they use. You can taste it over the flavors of the eggs. The coffees pritty good. And the service was good. Probably won't cone back. Due to all the other grateful breakfast places around.

The Factory Diner Park Hills has mixed reviews. Some customers have mentioned that the service is friendly and quick, with a friendly waitress who takes excellent care of guests. The restaurant offers good food, and the seating in booths is comfortable with plenty of space. Many visitors enjoy the atmosphere, especially the "cool oldies" radio station playing in the background. Customers have praised the quality of breakfast dishes like eggs, bacon, French toast, and pancakes, which are prepared just as ordered and served warm. The coffee is also highly appreciated, especially after a campout or during busy mornings. The head chef, who is from Philly, has been known to engage with customers, especially when they correct the menu, as one guest did regarding the Philly cheesesteak sandwich. Despite some reports of the restaurant being a little dirty and the food needing some improvement, many guests highlight the positive attitude and hard work of the staff as a major plus. Overall, this location in Park Hills has become a favorite for those seeking a good breakfast with friendly service.
