We had lunch yesterday and Nick and Jakes Parkville. When arriving, one of the employees said enjoy your meal. I said that it was our first time and was looking forward to it. Sat at the bar just after 3…happy hour. Annie made my drink and started doing her close out duties. Andy therefore takes over.
It wasn’t until I asked Andy, “do you know where I can order food?” We were already sitting there 20 minutes. I left with a note saying “worst service ever!”, on the receipt.

I'm giving this place such a low rating due to the poor attitudes of Togo staff. I know togos suck, first hand. But, don't take it out on the rest of us. Trust me, I understand. You're busy staging and organizing orders, taking calls, entering togos in the system... it's a lot and yet. Nobody tips on togos. Majority of actual customers don't tip when they order take out. They think they're doing all the work so why tip? Lol, they've never worked...
