I'd like to say that I have ordered from this location over a dozen times, and really never had any issues.....until yesterday.
I called in an order of 5 sandwiches, they were very quick with the delivery, and incredibly friendly. On our $38 order, we tipped the driver over $12.
Later we begin to unwrap our sandwiches, and found that 3 out of the 5 were made incorrectly.
Next thing we know there is another knock at our front door, with a Jimmy John's driver handing me...read full review

Why can’t you get an order right? Any requested “customizations” are ignored - Time and time again. Seems simple enough but is apparently an unattainable task for this store and the one on 83rd. Going to Jersey Mike’s. Maybe they’ll be able to figure it out.
everything about this place is just WOW!!! The food is so fresh and phenomenal, you can tell the workers want to be there same with the manager, plus this environment is so clean and well organized. plus shout out to Devin Farnsworth the sandwich worker he’s a real one, he always remember everything on my sandwich, and has an amazing positive attitude , such a hard worker, and brightens my day
