PROs: Great location in a nice area. Plenty of parking but respect the resident parking. Extensive menu. No wait time, of course, we came before the dinner rush. Indoor and outdoor seatings. Clean establishment. Friendly service provided by Valeria, although she was busy, it was great to see the manager jump in to lend assistance. Food was great!
CONs: We didn't find anything displeasing.
After visiting Plaza Mariachi, it's a hard pass on Rancho Grande. I now have two definite places to go to for 'authentic' Mexican food, Plaza Mariachi and Ixtapa. However, Plaza Mariachi has more seats and it's in a nicer location.
Approx. $53(before tip) we ordered Chimichanga, Taquitos Mexicanos and a to-go order of Burrito La Parrilla.

We stumbled across this restaurant by accident and we are so thankful we did. The food was unique for a Mexican restaurant and had a great presentation. The atmosphere was fun. The waiter was very friendly and gave great recommendations. We had the bean dip, Burrito La Parrilla, Pina Loca Fajitas with steak. The proportions were huge. I highly recommend giving this restaurant a try.

Let me start by saying that we love coming here. The food is always good and quick to come out after ordering. We come to eat here at least once a month. We have been here at both busy times and slower times but tonight, something was really off. We arrived at a little after 7:00 pm and it was decently busy. We were sat quickly and chips and salsa was on our table two minutes later. Then we waited. After 10 minutes, I had to ask someone at the host stand where our waiter was, only to find out it was a young woman who had passed by our table 4 times and ignored us each time. She finally took our orders and the food came out timely as usual. As far as the rest of our experience? Not so great. We had to stare our waitress down for water refills and my husband never even got a refill on his soda. She never even acknowledged it. The refilling of drinks has always been sub par, but tonight was borderline ridiculous. Especially when it was not very busy and she sat down at the host stand that was directly in our line of sight.
I’m positive that we will be back, I’m sure that it may have been an off night. But I wanted to bring awareness that when it comes to the start of our experience it’s always a bit lacking.

I recently tried this place out with my husband on a Saturday evening...we got seated right away...nice clean environment a little strange for a Mexican restaurant felt more like a bar lol but other than that we had an excellent server Andrew... very nice and attentive. ..Food was delicious!.. I got the chicken fajitas. .hubby got the pastor burrito. ..and also we shared the tres lechs cake for dessert...all in all I give our experience a 4 out of 5...we will definitely be back !

Service was great when I went in however I ordered chicken tacos to go and bit into a bone. The chicken was shredded and the bone was decent size so just be cautious.

The food is overpriced and bland.
Service was lackluster at best.
Our server never introduced himself.
He never checked back after the food was dropped off. He never smiled, or said a word really. He seemed very preoccupied with a young woman who worked there. We had to ask him what his name was, he seemd put out that we were even there. Probably the most unpersonal service we've had anywhere.
Save your money, and eat somewhere local with some flavor and personality.
