Food was amazing. Had a group of 8 none of us had any complaints. Good size portions and priced about like any other steak house. Appetizers came out a good amount of time before our meals. Waitress was really nice and had a sense of humor. Bourbon pork chop was tender juicy and delicious! Will be back!

This is one of those hidden gems! I've ate at this restaurant at least 20 times and have never been disappointed! Very friendly staff and the owners are very nice as well. If you're ever in the area I would say it is a must to try The Rustic
The food is great and the people working here are great, but somebody better get the paychecks for the employees figured out. I'm pretty sure there are labor laws requiring paychecks be on time or pay them cash if checks aren't available.Here we are another pay check almost a week late from payday. this is the third or fourth one late.And yet here we are another paycheck late.In regards to your reply, my 17 yr old son works there. And now his check that he was supposed to get last Friday December 29th won't get here till this weekend January 6th (maybe later). Labor laws require employees to be paid on time. I've been paid and also had to pay employees out of the cash register to be compliant with the laws. And so should you. Are you paying employees late fees or overdraft fees for not being paid on time? You should be.You obviously didn't ask all your employees.I will edit my review when he starts getting paid on time. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but sometime that's what it takes to shed some light on the problem and maybe the owners and management can find a solution that prevents this from continuing.

this place must do a stellar business with just the local folks, because they will not serve you if you're not. tried to eat there one time, the place was not that busy, and it was a new experience and rude. Couldn't get served.
