The toilet didn't flush. The water from the machine was dirty. They really didn't check on any of their costumers. The employees walk around talking on their phones while they are working. No wonder why they can't make food or get orders right.
Wait times were unreal! Ordered online for pick up, when we got there we were informed that they gave our order to someone in the drive thru. Ok, things happen. So they were going to remake the order. 15 more minutes we get our food. It's missing what we thought was 1 item, ended up being 3 items. No apologies, no nothing. Just wait another 5-10 more minutes for the items. An apology goes a long way.
