Always a line with angry customers because of wit times or order not adequate. Conveniently located in town is why they recieve the services as the workers often seem overworked or irritated towards customers. I like fries and other items when available they don't prepare well for the size crowds they recieve or just ignore them all together. Yes, there are other options to dine but face it folks, you can't give up on the Arches.
Crispy chicken meal was nasty inside had spots was not cooked thru very hard to chew had to throw it away fries cold and then no napkins please get it together I never will return again not like they care .
Sorely disappointed. Fries are always old or cold. Even after you ask for hot fries, they just ring it up that way but then proceed to bury all the old fries under a thin layer of hot fries. To spend well over $20.00 for your food, and still can't get what you asked for, especially when it domes to something that cost them very little to do, You would get far more for your money's worth by going to a sit down restaurant and spending just about another $10.00 for your...
