We had a big order. We received all of our food and it was hot. The only reason I took a star away was because my husband's sandwich didn't have bacon like it was supposed to and mine didn't have lettuce. I know if I would have went back up there they would have corrected it but the kids really wanted to go to the park before it got darker and it wasn't really that big of a deal. Service was great. The young lady that tended to us was polite and welcoming....
Though all sonics were the same wont be back to Pleasant hill Mo. no after 2 happy hr. On drinks No chili bowls and were rude when I asked about it..I can go to other sonics 30 mins away and get both...won't go back big disappoint to move here and can't get what others offer.
Sonic Drive In is a well-known chain of fast food restaurants, but my recent visit was disappointing to say the least. The service was slow, the food was mediocre, and the staff were uninterested in providing a positive customer experience.The restaurant was busy, but the staff seemed ill-equipped to handle the rush. My order took a long time to arrive, and when it finally did, it was cold and unappetizing. The burger was dry and lacked flavor, and the fries were soggy and undercooked....
