Stopped in right before closing...I know, annoying right? But the worker Dylan was still so polite, nice, outgoing and made our sandwiches beautifully, with quickness and precisely. Its always a pleasant experience to encounter a nice and genuine person. Thank you Dylan!
Went in at 4:00pm in the afternoon Were out of White bread or any bread and didn't know when it would finish cooking really no bread at dinner time ....
This Subway has a bad history with untrained people and absent/non-existent management. Yesterday I went in without the usual coupons we get in the mail. The Subway in Pleasant Hill offers a variety of subs that customers find great. The service is provided by friendly young staff who are natural and respectful towards all customers. Many customers appreciate the fresh bread and well-made sandwiches, which make the experience worthwhile. However, the ordering process can sometimes take longer than expected, especially during busy times. There have been instances where orders, including those placed via app or for curbside pickup, experienced delays, with wait times reaching around 15 to 20 minutes. Some customers have noticed that in-store orders may be prioritized over delivery or curbside pickups, leading to longer waits. Despite these issues, the staff generally remain courteous and try to serve everyone. Customers have also observed that the store can get busy, and at times, staff may seem clueless or overwhelmed, but they remain friendly. Overall, the Pleasant Hill Subway provides good food and friendly service, though waits and order delays may occur.
