Tables were dirty, food on floors and paper on the floor. Fries were overcooked, Big Mac was floating in Mac sauce. Manager either got a text or phone call that higher up Boss were on their way from Lee's Summitt to Pleasant Hill to do a inspection. Manager was tell workers to make sure everything was snickered, that they needed to clean their work area. Everyone was scurrying around. I usually go to this place pretty often, mostly come inside for it and they somehow manage to mess up my order almost every time. Most of the time theres just something missing and I will have to go up there and ask them. Today I had to do that for a shamrock McFlurry and they just pumped the syrup on the ice cream and handed me it without the spoon??

I went through and had the best McDonald's experience ever. The man working Robert Kate's was so kind and went above and beyond with customer service. Way to go MacDonalds
