Ordered at drive-thru and spent 45min there with me being #3 in line. I spent 30 min. Sitting at the window when someone finally came and asked what we Ordered because our ticket was apparently thrown away.I told them how long I was in the drive through and of course there was a light-hearted apology.While I was sitting at the window I could visually see them fix 10 sandwiches for the inside walk ins.Just not a pleasant experience.

Ordered a meatball sandwich with cheese on artisan Italian bread. They made it with artisan Italian flat bread, no cheese. Was able to just get a refund.

I was in there tonight for almost 20 minutes. They made my sandwhich within a few minutes & they had problems with the operating system. No one in the store knew how to reset it. I had to leave without my food since I had to get to work & couldn't wait anymore. This issue shows a lack of training from the top down to insure their employees know how to reset it.

This location has either the worst ownership or worst management possible. I don't know how they stay in business. They are chronically understaffed. They are always running out of meats. Rarely is there more than one person on the line.

I usually go to the Subway in Lone Jack but I happened to be in Pleasant Hill when I needed to pick up lunch. The store was not crowded, but it still took a long time to order and get one sub made. I asked for a second sub but wanted the bread separately. They wouldn't do that. I won't be going back.

Incompetent management and several apathetic employees.Hands down the saddest Subway location I have ever been to. Never more than three staff in the building, usually it's clear that one of them does all the work. On the rare occasion that they have ingredients, they are never fresh. Until there is a change in management, drive to Lee's Summit to get Subway.

Every time I go through the drive through,it literally takes forever! They have bad service and the bread is never fresh. The subway in peculiar beats this one by a lot!

This location in Pleasant Hill continues to be all around awful. Literally everytime we order there is always issues. Last time they had no bread (how a sandwich shop runs out of bread I mean you have one job). This time are online order sat inside we were made to wait through the drive through line. Waited 40 minutes. The guy working was by himself. Again subway do better

This location in P.Hill makes sandwiches on screen before the customers that take the time to come in. The staff are never that friendly and do not watch for when they are out of veggies, having to stop making and go run to get them often.

I had an extremely uncomfortable experience. It was 3/15/2023 pulled into the driveway of subway in pleasant hill, mo. It was 8:57(I was worried they closed at 9). I decided I would leave if they closed at 9 because that’s rude. As I was pulling around the store I saw a guy and a girl sweeping the floors. When the guy saw me he looked furious! He looked like he was screaming and yelling at me. I was shocked. I drove around the store and looked at what time they closed. 10:00pm. They were open for another hour. So I drove around again to order at the drive thru. When I went around the second time he was still screaming yelling looking at me like I had done something wrong. At that moment I decided I wasn’t eating there. Still shocked I had to drive around once more to see if it was still happening. Sure enough the third time around still angry yelling. The girl working with him looked just as shocked and frightened as I was. My husband suggested we try again. We went last night 3/16/2023 and he was polite I guess. We get home and they forgot my cheese on my veggie sandwich. I’m sure they were distracted with the 4-5 friends they had in the lobby. This guy needs to be let go. I don’t like having to check my food for spit or debris.Vegetarian options: They forgot my cheese on my veggie sandwich. Had to use cheese from my fridge. I don’t like buying cheese twice.
