We just had the best service we've had in a long time here. Our waiters name was Shawn and he was amazing. The food was good came out hot and in a timely manner. All in all it was a great experience.

Really a big upgrade!!! I don't like pancakes but they have the best strawberry banana pancakes ever!!! They also have some great employees and they made sure we had drinks and our food came out so fast

After 2hours and 15 mins never received meal. Manager visited table twice and still couldn’t get us food as it reached 230 in the afternoon. Horrible service! Managers can’t even make it happen! Hearing now after 8 weeks of the new change in store that many many folks are having the same issues. Owners need to step up and clean up this mess!

We hot seated waiter was awesome but we ended up waiting hr and 30 mins 9n food and never got it and people who had just come in were getting there food and no one had a clue where ours was so we finally had to go eat somewhere else this 2nd time this has happened and will be last I will never eat there again that place is a joke

Deanna was our server! She done a very excellent job! The food was good. Drinks were good as well. Frankly the server made our visit very enjoyable and satisfying.

We live in Arkansas 2 hours away and I wanted Applebee's for my birthday and it was not very good. I was kinda disappointed with the service.

My Pastor and I had breakfast there Saturday morning,Good food and price not sure because Pastor bought me breakfast after I brought a pallet of bibles to him from Northern Missouri Waitress Lilo,older lady was kind and funny...great service for sure.
