We waited over 10 minutes just to get our drink order taken. After that, they did get our food order taken but we still waited awhile. We were there for a total of 1 hour and roughly 30 minutes.

When it comes to the service we received, it was AWFUL! I get that our server was training someone but we didn’t get checked on at all.

The food was eh. There was a cooked hair into our mozzarella sticks. A very thin and taller guy dropped our food off, we told him and his rely was “k” .. not even a “ok”. He never offered anything, he walked past our table multiple times and avoided making eye contact with us.

At the very end of it, the woman that was being trained finally came back to our table and she’s the one who finally helped us. We didn’t get refills, sauce, and my kids chocolate milk smelled spoiled! All we got was $5. Which is whatever but that service was awful.

Hands-down, this is probably the worst Applebee’s I’ve ever been to our food came very cold not even lukewarm some of the plates. I had to clear my own table and set it on a nearby table because our server didn’t manage to make an appearance I had asked for five times for to go containers then I had to ask for bags to put them all in and still had to wait. I will never go to this one again

Took almost 2 hours to get our food and there was only one other couple in the restaurant. Thank God we didn't order appetizers.

Disappointed that this location didn't serve alcohol I have always wanted to try their drinks based on advertising. Food was hot and good but the price was too much you can get the same quality food elsewhere for cheaper, the waiter was nice

Just down right unacceptable first no liquor license and way to gross all together

Arrived there last night before 22:00, and no one was at reception.

There was no one to greet us, no one in the restaurant, no one at the bar, as if the place was closed down.
But we can hear voices from the kitchen.

We tried to say hello a few times and stood there for a few minutes, nevertheless in the end there was no one going out to greet us .

Very disappointed, although the operational hours should still be open till 11 at night

Shame, Applebee's Poplar Bluff.

Really great food and service! Kevin did an awesome job! He was working the whole floor by himself and did great! We didn’t even have to ask for drink refills! Ask for him if you go here!

Service was great. Company was great. Had Chicken fingers and fries. Wasn't happy with the fries and they were nice enough to substitute for broccoli. My daughter had chicken broccoli Alfredo and said it was wonderful

Worst Applebee's I've been to in my life waited 15 minutes to get my order then they say we don't serve drinks right now gave me a bull crap excuse that it was getting Renovated the Server was extremely rude the whole time and The bourbon chicken was drenched in grease very disappointed

No doubt the worst service I have ever had, if I could give no star I would, I read a comment from three weeks ago and the exact same thing happened to us. We came in around 7:30 and ended up having to leave at over an hour later the guy who sat us tried taking our drinks without writing them down, complained about not being able to drink alcohol at work, never brought our drinks out our server did that he was the only one actually working then guy that sat us was just walking around, there was just us and 1 other family. The lady I’m guessing a manager came out and told us we had not been waiting over an hour we tried to just pay for our drinks but our server (dude with 1 arm) said we’d have to pay for the food that we didn’t receive. You could hear them arguing they had attitudes the entire time. The most absolute worst experience I’ve ever had, was just trying to have a nice birthday dinner and take our kids out ended up eating subway. Yall need to do something cause that service was absolutely ridiculous.
