My first time walking into dexter's. I asked a lady standing in front do I order at the at the counter. Her one word answer was yes. No greeting, know how can I help you or any such thing. I knew from looking at her that she was not used to using her words. I'm sure the food is good and if you're a local and know what you're doing I'm sure things are fine. The overall store is good. The food was good and It had good flavor. I have noticed some issues though. I've visited twice now over a years time now and both trips I've felt like there was enough options to choose from. I got the Three meat plate both times, and both times the server forgot to bring me a side I ordered. The coleslaw first and potato salad today. We hadn't been there in years. I couldn't even remember if it was good or not. We went today and it was absolutely amazing. Sauces were delicious. We were served very quickly! My daughter is picky about meat. She got grilled chesse but couldn't stop eating the pork off our plates! We will definitely be back. Service was also amazing.
