Arby's advertises all these deals says they'll give you a deal if you accept text messages I go to the Arby's they don't accept anything from the app said the store was bought out they don't even give military discounts anymore.

My family and I went in this location on several occasions just to get a milkshake and as always it's so called broke down, I'm not stupid the point is they do not want to clean the machine, just lazy workers and their attitude suck ! Your better to go to Dairy Queen and pay more then to get treated like dirt !

On May 31, 2025, at 4:18 PM, my party and I placed our respective orders through the Arby’s app while in the parking lot, ensuring no delay upon our arrival and minimizing the chance our food would be sitting out. However, it seems they assumed we’d grab our orders and leave, not expecting us to dine in. My meal wasn’t fresh—the French fries were like cardboard, and my chicken sandwich tasted pre-made, not prepared when I placed my order. They likely prepped popular sandwiches in advance for a rush, as several were sitting untouched on the warmer when we arrived and remained there when we left after dining in. If confronted, they might’ve argued the food was fresh when bagged. I didn’t complain in person because I avoid confrontation and worry about what might happen to my food afterward, which kills my appetite. Instead, I chose to report the issue to corporate.

From the parking lot to entering the restaurant it was clean n inviting, the customer service was great. Order taken and served in timely manner. I thought the food prices was reasonable.
