My family walked in before 2 younger kids clearly from the same school or known by the workers,we weren't acknowledged at all and were standing near the register to order,finally after they went out of there way to ask the 2 kids behind us for there order not even looking at us the whole time we were there. Finally they asked the order,at that point I got nothing,my kids still wanted ice cream though. I asked there names and was told Laura brown and Maia. I always leave atleast a 10 dollar tip or more because ive worked for customer service and know how it can be. I wont be returning after today due to the ignorance. Fyi im fat and clearly they dont like fat people 🙄, wrong business to be working for!!!!

A very long wait for only me in the store I guess door dash stuff comes first before instore customers my wait was approximately 12 to 15 mins before I was able to put my order inBesides that everything was fineNote tables needed to be wiped down so if you were dinning in you might of had to wipe your table down first

This place is ridiculous! Their prices are like highway robbery. You see these cakes in the cake display case and when you get closer you realize that they're miniature and probably only serve 1 to 2 people.... At these prices, you would think you'd be getting a giant cake . Yes the prices are for what you would think a giant cake would be.I don't know if these people are trying to compete with Dairy requeen or what… both places prices are astronomical! I can't believe people keep paying these prices for this junk food.

We got waffle cones. The cone wrapper on just mine was a bit sticky for some reason. I grabbed a napkin to fix it. The quality of everything else was great though.
