It's been a while since I ate at Chins, I really was looking forward to a good meal and good service. Didn't happen. The restaurant was almost empty when my family got there. When we walked in we weren't even noticed as everyone was either sitting on the customer bench on their phones or had their backs turned to the doors. The server who seated us acted annoyed. She took our drink order and left. Our waiter took his time getting our drinks and also treated us with an annoyed attitude. He didn't refill our drinks the entire time we were there. The food was old. When I say old I mean it had sat under the heat lamps until it was so hard you couldn't bite into it and was cold and discolored. We were literally going to leave when they started replacing the old food on the buffet with fresh food. It was either under cooked or over cooked. Our server brought the check and just dropped it on the table. Didn't hand it to us or place it on the table. Literally just dropped it and walked away. Worst service I have ever experienced at Chins. I won't take my family there again, for the price I paid for our meal they could have at least smiled and refilled our drinks. Needless to say there was no tip left at table B2, Felix needs to tend to the patrons seated in his section a little better.

I only patronize this place because my husband loves the seafood on the weekends. He says they have the best frog legs in town. I'm not a fan of this place just does not seem authentic to me. As far as recommending this place I would just say try it once and see if you like it. Everyone's opinions are different. I personally do not care to eat here. I can think of other restaurants in town which have better more desirable food and better prices! The price has just about gotten out of hand.
