This is one of my favorite places to eat, but they have messed up on my order here lately. Either no cheese or short a order of fries. I pay for these things and expect to get them. I never go back to complain. Im just saying do better please. I don't want to stop doing business with you.

Ordered 2 Original Bags. Was giving the correct burgers but charged for Big Bag which are several dollars more. Nothing except fries were fresh. Burgers all cold, stale hard bread. Thrown together broken slices of cheese mostly off the burgers. Refused to honor a military discount they have always given until today. Kids in back making the burgers wanted to run his mouth about a customer asking for a new fresh burger. Can't eat hard bread and cold patties. Shame service and food has always been good at this location. Will never return. Have a lot of low skilled workers on staff who need to be unemployed. Lady taking our order seemed new and did ok just took a long time since she was no doubt poorly trained. Management failed their staff

I just ordered my food from there and as the women was taking my order she wouldn't let my husband finish before she kept saying anything else and so he was tempted to drive off cuz she was rude and he didn't want to order food for himself cuz she was very pushy and didn't care much for the customer service. We would not recommend eating at this Hardee's. I have eaten at better Hardee's then this and not to mention my egg on my biscuit was pretty much not even on my biscuit. Again I would not recommend. Thx
