100% recommend the KFC in Poplar Bluff, MO. on Friday, July 29th 2022 about 3:45 I came to pick up my carry out order, these ladies were beyond fast, efficient, made sure I had all the utensils I needed and got it right. Not to mention they were very polite and I felt beyond welcome, I hope those girls all get a raise and have a great week because you just don’t find good customer service like that anymore. the evening manager is rude as hell and when you ask for her name she tells you that she doesn't have to give you her first name
it's been 2 months that this woman has been very rude and beyond hateful
they need new management for evening shift
