Literally walked in, was placing are order. Order is almost done lady walks over to the one taking are order. Says no, no, no, no, proceeds to get rid of the entire order, then sends another worker to take us over to the kios, an treat us like children to show us how to work the kios instead of letting the lady finish are order. Will not go back. If that lady is the manager, she needs some training on customer service. Otherwise the manager needs to train some employees better.

On Friday, we dined in at the Taco Bell Westwood location (near Walmart), and overall, the experience was pleasant. The food was served fresh and hot, which was a step up from our recent visits to the Southside location. The staff was friendly, and the service was efficient, making for a smooth dining experience. However, I was disappointed with the Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes. They’ve changed significantly since their introduction years ago. Previously, they were fluffy, thick, well-seasoned, and coated, but this time, they resembled plain frozen potatoes tossed in the fryer. For $2.79, the portion size felt noticeably small and didn’t justify the price. I hope Taco Bell considers revisiting this recipe to restore its former quality. Despite this, the rest of the meal was satisfying, and we appreciated the overall improvement compared to our Southside experiences. We’ll likely return to this location but may skip the potatoes next time.

Asked for a quesadilla and still got a chalupa even after the drive thru lady asked explicitly if I wanted a quesadilla. And only after pulling back around the drive thru I got my food, but that was after the lady said she's not sure if she can because she said she asked if the screen was good (she did not ask that), slammed the window shut while I was mid-sentence and leaving me thinking I wasn't getting the food, and re-opened the window to hand me the food without saying a single word. And she never even asked for sauce either time. Terrible service. The food was average quality though, and the quesadilla was given for free.
Taco loco's!!! This business has gotten worse with prices. I remember when u could take the whole family and for 20$ get enough for everyone. Know 20 doesn't even cover 2 people 🙄

As good as the food was, I wonder why customers have to use their touch screen to order. It makes no sense that employees are hired to serve customers, but the customers have to serve themselves instead. The food was perfect, but for God’s sake, please serve customers the way they’re supposed to be served. There are front registers for a reason.
