I have had nothing but good experiences at this Taco Bell location. The orders have always been correct and the food good. Alexa is the nicest and most competent server ever and always makes the drive through ordering a pleasant experience.

Absolutely terrible every single time I go in. How can nacho fries be terrible? Order from this location. If you go here double check you have all of your food. Only use drive thru. You'll stand for 10+ mins waiting inside. 3 weeks after posting a review they still don't work counter. I waited 15 mins and finally walked out. Sonic is a better choice.

No tomato. How hard is it to leave off the tomato when requested?
Terrible, rude service. When I came in with my elderly mom, there was a drink spoiled all over the floor by the door all the way across the front where you order. Not a small spill, large puddles. It covers the whole front counter area. It stayed there the entire time we ate. No one ever bothered to clean it up. They were not busy at all. Plenty of opportunity to clean up a fall hazard. So I had to take my elderly mother back through the spills to exit the building. The bathroom was also very dirty and disgusting. This is the second time I have had a bad experience there while traveling through. There won't be a third time.

The food, though sloppily assembled, was good. Staff were too distracted by each other, so the service wasn't great. Nor friendly. The dining room and bathroom were filthy. I won't use this location again.
It's a gamble when you eat at Taco Bell, you never know how the quality of the food is going to be. And sometimes you are missing an item, or you don't get your sauce. It can be really good, if it's hot and made correct.
