Came on a lunch. Asked for pepper jack cheese. When it came out of the toaster I saw that it was American cheese. I told the woman I ordered pepper jack, then she lied and said it was pepper jack. I have a half hour lunch, don't have time to argue or go anywhere else. Really irritating. Done with subway altogether.

I ordered 4 sandwiches lastnight from the app go to the store to pick up and nothing, 4 sandwiches somehow didn't make it to their system but was able to come out of my bank account I received no help what so ever no care in trying to help me with this issue I showed the guy my bank statement and he even confirmed that it was ordered from that store, poor customer service just a yup that's this store and walked off I sat in there from 6:30 to 7:46 with my daughter trying to figure out what happened, in reality it was an issue on their end that my family and I had to pay for, my advice don't trust their online pos system go in or go somewhere else my money is still pending for this location.

Busy location. It was a good place for us to stop while we figured out how to get around the interstate closure due to construction. Bathrooms were clean and staff professional. We visited May 2023.

I will never go back to this Subway again. When I ordered my sandwich she started to put together the wrong sandwich I don't know if she didn't understand the language very well but the same thing happened when my daughter placed her order we had to correct her several times on the sandwiches that we were ordering. I tried to order a Kids Fun Pack meal and it took me 5 minutes at least to explain what I was wanting to kept trying to charge me differently. The sandwiches were made very sloppily, and they were not wrapped very well. Well my daughter was placing her order the second worker instead of coming over and helping me brought to gentlemen to the line behind me and then started helping them and completely ignored that I was waiting to have a sandwich made also. I would not recommend this Subway to anyone.
