I am a regular customer of Duncan over the past month the quality has degraded and the employees seem to know and not care. When I have returned to the store with donuts that have had the chocolate slide off in the bag/box they have an attitude and will replace it reluctantly. I feel like they think I’m imposing on them by wanting my chocolate on my donut. I have greatly reduced my visits because it feels like I won’t get the products I expect when ordering here. The food & the coffee tastes great 😋 however I had to scrape the chocolate from the bag and spread it the best I could with my stir stick 👎🏽
This place is nice. The employees are rude and showing no empathy for the customers. Orders are always late. The worst thing is driving in the parking lot. They got holes in the gravel like mars. Its totally unacceptable for the driveways to look like that. Totally ridiculous.
