My wife and I have always liked the pizza and Bruschetta. But today they were hap hazard. Our pizza must have went to some one else’s car. The worker came in from outside and set our pizza on the counter. Gross! Pizza was cold. The Hawaiian had no pineapple. The bruschetta crust was like a turtle shell. Sad

Went here for the first time and will never return. The water was horrible to start with and that would have been fine if the food was good, but it was just as bad. The crust on the pizza was burnt and it all had an odd flavor. I ate a couple of pieces but that was all. we left the majority of a large pizza there because it wasn't worth taking. They wouldn't even offer us our money back just another pizza, but who wants that if it's horrible.

Food is not that great. When you leave money in the tip jar for the hostesses, they don’t actually get it. I verified that with multiple young girls that work there. Won’t be back.
The store doesn’t close until 9 pm and we showed up at 8:22 and they said they couldn’t seat us. I don’t understand the way people do business. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

The first time we came to Arris the customer service was pretty good and the pizza was bomb! Second time, the pizza was still bomb but the service was terrible. Staff were pretty rude and we had to serve ourselves for the most part. Waitress hardly came back to give refills, napkins, or additional plates. Literally got up and got ourselves extra plates and napkins. Got Arris pizza today, girl on the phone was rude, and the pizza crust was too tough and the toppings are so salty. Can barely eat the whole thing because of how salty it is. Waste of 22 bucks. I don’t think I’ll come back.
