My wife and I have been several times but yesterday was very different we ordered what we usually order, mine was the lunch special salad and one topping small pizza, I ordered hamburger and their vinegarett dressing on the salad. Salad came with wrong dressing I ate it anyway didn't say anything then pizza came out looked very cheesy but I couldn't find any hamburger after a couple of pieces I asked the server if I received the wrong pizza she it was a hamburger pizza and she had heard this before that they were putting on less meat because of cost. She asked if I wanted send it back I said yes . Later the kitchen help came out carrying the pizza I sent back told me this is the way they prepare them now because of the cost of beef. I told him I didn't mind paying a little more for the pizza I was used to. He said he would make another one but in the future it would have less meat. After being confronted by the cook for being disappointed ,I don't think there will be a future visit.

Some of the BEST PIZZA EVER..IVORY was a great waitress.. Great personality, and always smiling.. They are just a little bit above our budget for eating out, but we will be coming back.. (retired and disabled) but we will figure it out..

I wanted to say thank you to Arris Pizza for their fantastic food! I am a Air Traffic Controller and the shutdown put a good amount of stress on my family. We are beyond grateful that Arris Pizza donated us a free pasta meal to help ease that burden of no paychecks!
It was some of the best lasagna I have had in while and I will gladly be coming back now that the shutdown is over.
Thank you so much for our help and we look forward to enjoying meals here for ears to come!

Incredible people are in charge of this establishment, its functionality and the way they are actively engaging with community! Arrived at 850 on a Saturday night. Four tables occupied. At least four servers standing around the register. We were seated right away and then for thirteen minutes, crickets. We finally stopped a passing server to ask for a drink and ask if we should eat elsewhere due to service. Each server assumed we were being serviced by someone else. The evening moved on........ We ordered pizza and drinks (both great) and a GREAT server.

My wife and I have always liked the pizza and Bruschetta. But today they were hap hazard. Our pizza must have went to some one else’s car. The worker came in from outside and set our pizza on the counter. Gross! Pizza was cold. The Hawaiian had no pineapple. The bruschetta crust was like a turtle shell. Sad

Went here for the first time and will never return. The water was horrible to start with and that would have been fine if the food was good, but it was just as bad. The crust on the pizza was burnt and it all had an odd flavor. I ate a couple of pieces but that was all. we left the majority of a large pizza there because it wasn't worth taking. They wouldn't even offer us our money back just another pizza, but who wants that if it's horrible.
