Was very disappointed with the service we brought my grand daughter tonight for her 7th birthday and it took forever for everything. It wasn’t that crowded when we were there so I don’t get it. I guess your employees are more concerned about theirselves than customers.
It started out they didn’t bring our fried pickles, we got our steaks first, and I said I didn’t want the fried pickles since they didn’t come before our meals. They said no problem here still enjoy your fried pickles. We just won’t charge you…. Perfect we move on right? We had a horrible experience about a year and a half ago with the food being cold to the service not being good at all. I am very glad we came in today and had Derek as our server, he really turned around our whole entire outlook we have on the restaurant now. Thank you Derek!
