While I stood waiting to order I listened to one of the employees yell across the store at another, honestly very disrespectful to them with her tone and attitude. When she could finally be bothered enough to address my presence I ordered the same thing I order every 2 weeks. It after she stired it with the visibly dirty coffee spoon and handed it out I mentioned that it's not even 3/4 full. This Dunkin genuinely sucks. It takes at least eight or so minutes to get one drink when there’s no one else in line or in the store, and even then the order is never right. On multiple occasions I’ve been given the wrong size, on multiple occasions they’ve forgot to add caramel syrup, and once they even forgot to add the coffee to my LATTE. Worst. Dunkin. Ever.
