Our favorite place to eat until lately. This afternoon we went in for a burger around 3:00. Neither of our meals were hot. The burgers and sides were barely warm. Our burgers were over cooked. Last week we were there and the food was just mediocre. What in the world is going on?
Jen Bair is a RACIST!! She doesn't know how to run JACK.
We ordered a Buffalo chicken wrap that was HORRIBLE. We tried to tell our server and he did nothing about it. Pretty disappointed considering I had this same thing not to long ago along with the same server and never had problems. Sense of urgency in costumer service is huge and this server did absolutely nothing. He didn’t seem to care that we didn’t enjoy our food or time here. We paid almost $30 for absolutely HORRIBLE food.
