This location has the worst customer service. I have only been in a handful of times because this is a consistent behavior. No one greets you when you arrive, you are ignored until you initiate conversation, the staff lack basic professionalism. Skip this location and grab your treats and coffee elsewhere!
I came here today and I was disappointed by the service the last time I came here they had no ice cream even though it’s an ice cream shop…. Today when I came here the lady at the ice cream gave us a single scoop and it was the smallest single scoop I have ever seen in my life like im talking smaller than a kids size…. Next when I got my flavor I said cookie dough and she gave me oreo and my sister asked for rainbow sherbet and she gave us wild and reckless my visit wasn’t pleasant

This was terrible, I came with my family and we all ordered milkshakes, and we got straight milk, I couldn’t even taste any flavor besides the milk. It was way to runny to be a milkshake.

My mom took me here the other day about mid-afternoon. They didn’t have her favorite flavor, which I understand happens at times. Then they didn’t have any hot fudge. All the chairs were turned upside down on top of the tables yet floor was dry so we had to get chairs off tables just to sit down. Music was so loud we could barely have a conversation. Ice cream was good and that’s the only reason I’m giving it 2 stars.

Not sure why this place nor Dunkin donuts can ever seem to make the drink I purchased. Not sure if the employees r just lazy or what but the drink I purchased and drink I received don't taste nor look. What the picture looks like. Very disappointed tonight

Horrible service, flavor s not working n store, didn’t get a refund or a call back from a manager.
I ordered ice cream through the app and when I arrived to pick it up they didn’t have either of the flavors I ordered. Of course no manager on duty, couple of young kids that didn’t have a clue. Left number for manager to call back and of course no return phone call. Obviously some training issues since local store employees were not able help with my issue.
Why would you close at 8 o’clock in the hottest part of the summer? We got there at 8:01 and we did not get any ice cream. Very disappointed. I guess we’ll go to Andy’s or the Dairy Queen.

Paired with Dunkin, it is a sweet lover’s dream. Selection of hands copped ice cream, ice cream treats, and cakes available. The sherbet was delicious and the cone was very fresh!
