Im not sure who is making the coffee this morning but im not sure they know what theyre doing. Coffee was low 1/3 I believe it was made for a medium, but theres also no sugar and I think only 2 pumps of caramel I can hardly taste it. Its a bummer because I was actually excited to have enough time to get coffee this morning. 🫤

Order was charged and they had 1 doughnut out of the order. Employees could not help to cancel order and the radio was so loud you couldn't hear them

If the establishment closes at 8pm they should have donuts available until 8pm. My family went in at 7:45 and they had zero donuts and were already done serving customers for the night. I have worked in food service and understand cleaning as much as you can before you close, but you can’t throw away everything you sell until after close.

I had such a great experience at Dunkin thanks to Brooklyn! She was so sweet, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect with my order. You can tell she truly cares about customers and brings such a positive energy. It’s not often you come across someone who makes your day better just by being kind, but Brooklyn definitely did. Fourth time I’ve ordered paid and waited for them to hand me food that isn’t mine or tell me they are out of the ingredients They need to make what I ordered. The only thing I like from here is the sweet maple bacon sandwich and I can’t even get it. I’m about to stop going altogether. This used to be crazy for breakfast but now I’m gonna go have to deal with Starbucks.

The snarky teenagers that work here make you definitely not want to come back. I hadn’t been to Dunkin in a while and had asked what they recommended and she acted like it was an inconvenience for her to answer that. That made me not want to come back if she doesn’t want to answer a simple question.
