Everytime time I come here its that they're either closed early like today (7:14pm 11/12/24). The morning girls are very kind but it seems like the closers must not care much for their job. At this rate the only things the closers can't mess up is hashbrowns and refreshers (which I usually get). Don't order anything complicated in the evening my daughter and her boyfriend go to Springfield because this location is not it.

This place reeks. The manager is rude and non accommodating. None of the employees have uniforms which I find unprofessional and odd. The employees dont pull their hair back and when I complained about hair in my food, the manager; Marvin was unapologetic and didnt offer a refund. They also told me they "didnt know how" to make the drink I requested. I hope this place becomes more professional and properly trains their employees in health code and how to do their job. Used to work here, I've witnessed coworkers smoking in the walk in, sneezing on drinks and still delivering them to the customer, bugs in the food with several complaints and no solution. I wouldn't eat at this place if it was my last resort, I'd rather starve. Spend your money somewhere more well suited.

I stopped in there during the afternoon get bites an avocado toast and a spark energy drink. You were pretty busy so they had me park around back in the stall while I waited on my food which was fine. The young lady that brought me my food was very nice and apologetic for the wait, but would she turned around I noticed that the whole back of her shirt and pants covered in cat hair. Really disgusting when you're working with food.

I love Dunkin for their donut but the customer service is so bad it seems like corporate must be sending people to teach them how to have bad costumer service. The policy of not being able to specify what donuts you want in a dozen at the drive thru is obnoxious. But after going in to order my donuts a man was sitting behind the counter doing something with receipts and only said "hello" after we said it first and then just sat there for several seconds before telling one of 4 teenaged girls standing in the corner to take our order. Once she came over she was polite but the overall service is awful. The employees act like they don't want to be there.

I'm an advid dunkins fan and go to them all the time, all over the united states. I'm a traveling salesman and I go to every dunkins I can go to.
This in particular place is the first time I've ever wanted to complain. I never waste my time to make a review, but in this case I feel I need to.
I live here in republic mossouri and for months have been talking about how bad they are. In fact I've started driving 30 minutes to a way better location just so I can have some decent food and coffee.
This places food is always cold and disgusting. They get your order wrong on a regular. Example, three times now I've ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese and received a plain bagel instead. Also they never toast it when I ask them too.
Their snack n bacon is always served cold with no seasoning like it's supposed to have. Their coffee on any given day either tastes burnt or sour.
The worse part aside from the food and coffee is their staff is very rude and slow.
I just don't know how one location can be terrible in so many areas.

I realize prices have gone up on everything. It costs more every time I go to the grocery store but I just paid over $16 for a dozen doughnuts. They're goid but I would never have paid that if I had known the price ahead of time. I'm a senior citizen on a fixed income so I will not go back. The service was good , the doughnuts are ok but the price is completely rediculous.

I absolutely love Dunkin and love taking my kids there for breakfast as a treat on my days off, being a single full time working mom it’s hard to find non expensive things to do with your kids however all of the women staff absolutely act and look like they hate their jobs and lives there is absolutely no smile, no greeting at all and then me and my sister were trying to gather up all of our kids stuff and clean up after our kids and the staff had absolutely no one in the store but us one of our kids tossed their stuffed animal to the other kid and a red headed lady who works there yelled with an attitude very forcefully at our kids saying this and I quote “we have customers coming in don’t throw things.” For one we are parenting our kids and trying to teach them how to act and for 2 not one staff member said anything to us moms prior to this, very disrespectful it’s clear you don’t have children or you would have understood. I should not be made to feel like my children are not welcome in any establishment. I have spent a lot of money at Dunkin on me and my kids coming frequently but after this we will not be returning. Get better staff absolutely disgusting how I have been treated here. Springfield is out of my way and farther but I will make that drive for a place that has better customer service and also a place my kids will feel like they are welcome! Also the only worker that goes above and beyond is the guy who makes the snackin bacon he is so kind hearted and always smiles and is very friendly I hope he finds better and doesn’t let the negative energy there get to him!
