I had such a great experience at Dunkin thanks to Brooklyn! She was so sweet, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect with my order. You can tell she truly cares about customers and brings such a positive energy. It’s not often you come across someone who makes your day better just by being kind, but Brooklyn definitely did. Dunkin is lucky to have her!

Fourth time I’ve ordered paid and waited for them to hand me food that isn’t mine or tell me they are out of the ingredients They need to make what I ordered. The only thing I like from here is the sweet maple bacon sandwich and I can’t even get it. I’m about to stop going altogether. This used to be crazy for breakfast but now I’m gonna go have to deal with Starbucks.

Ask for a blueberry muffin received a coffee cake muffin pointedthis out and the response I received was oh. And then proceeded to tell me that it wasn't their fault because somebody had mixed up the muffins.
Paid 20$ for day old donuts. And their oven was down so I didn’t get half of what I wanted.

Love they offer their advice especially when life is hard enough and trying to make decisions early in the morning sucks lol! Everytime time I come here its that they're either closed early like today (7:14pm 11/12/24). The morning girls are very kind but it seems like the closers must not care much for their job. At this rate the only things the closers can't mess up is hashbrowns and refreshers (which I usually get). Don't order anything complicated in the evening my daughter and her boyfriend go to Springfield because this location is not it.

This place reeks. The manager is rude and non accommodating. None of the employees have uniforms which I find unprofessional and odd. The employees dont pull their hair back and when I complained about hair in my food, the manager; Marvin was unapologetic and didnt offer a refund. They also told me they "didnt know how" to make the drink I requested. I hope this place becomes more professional and properly trains their employees in health code and how to do their job. DO NOT EAT HERE.
