I have been going to this McDonald's for over four years, and my husband even worked at one, so we know how the coffee machines operate.

On 3/13, I ordered a Caramel Latte (no ice), and for the first time ever, I was handed a large cup that was half empty. When I questioned it, the excuse given was that the machine is only allowed to pour a certain amount. Having worked at McDonald's, I know this isn't true—there's a manual pour option for a reason.

Rather than addressing the issue or offering a reasonable solution, the employees responded with attitude and insisted this was 'always McDonald's policy.' We requested a full refund and will not be returning to this location.

I could have eaten faster by going inside than through the drive through. The young girl that gave me my food was rude and forgot to give me the BBQ sauce I asked for.

I grew up in Republic and this used to be a good store. I've been here 3 times in the last few months and I'd rather go to Sonic.

It's hit or miss at this location. You either get great service or horrible service. You can either get your food order right or missing items. It's McDonald's so the food consistency is there.

Typical McDonald’s with typical McDonald’s food. :-) It was good though.

they would not sell me 2 sausage mcmuffins with egg for 3.99 like web site shows. they charged me $4.29 plus tax for one!!! even though it is 2 sausage mcfuffin with egg for 3.99 on their website. waiting on manager call back to find out why they advertise one thing and charge for another.

I just ordered breakfast online January 23, 2025. The coffee had no flavor and its too hot!!! Blistered my lips!! Just a fair warning to others.

Needs to work on customer service. Been waiting for a order for over 15 minutes and no one has asked me about it. When I mentioned it to a employee they said they had just gotten the order. When obviously not the case because it in the screen flashing red because it's mega late for being fulfilled.

They forgot the bacon on my BACON quarter pounder, not sure how they did that but good job👍

Usually this place is great but they've left out multiple foods out of my orders multiple times, had swapped my orders from a different persons order and had staff call my significant other flirty names that were highly uncomfortable for the both of us.

A boy standing talking to someone turned around and saw us standing at the register, then pulled his phone out of his pocket and proceded to look down at it and walk away, almost like he was trying to make us think that he didn't see us. Ok, so the front end isn't ur job, but don't ignore ur customers, it's because of u that u have a job! He could have kindly stated "someone will be with u shortly " and then walk away. But other than that, all was fine
