I ordered a strawberry lemonade for my grandson. He was so excited, he loves strawberries and lemonade. But when he finished the drink he only got 1 strawberry. He was so upset. They charge extra for strawberries , so I thought they would at least put 3 in it. I paid an extra $1 for the strawberries and they only put 1 in hips drink. Come on!!! Shame on you sonic.. never going back.

Worst customer service experience i have ever encountered. The trash receptacle was blocked by their delivery truck and other than the employee nicely taking my used cup to discard she made a disabled man go and use one that I had to get out of my car for. If I wanted to get out of my car I wouldn't have came to Sonic in the first place. Disgraceful.

Most of the time, the order is accurate. The food is good quality. This appears to be a popular hangout for high school kids so it gets rowdy in the evening, which is why I gave it a lower rating.
The manager refused to give me my active duty military discount bc she would have to “re-ring it up” when I asked for the manager she said she could do it it’s just she would have to re-ring it up and that her manager doesn’t like when she does that. When they finally did ring it up they didn’t give me the full discount like I wouldn’t notice and refused to bring it out after it was already made when I called again to ask why it wasn’t the full amount they didn’t answer me. Would not recommend super unprofessional. And they knew my kids were in car with me.
