Disappointed with my visit to the sonic in Republic today. I use drive-through pick up at the window. I was very specific with my order requesting around noon for a fresh bacon and egg brioche with crispy bacon and freshly made. Getting crispy bacon and having a freshly made was very important to me so I stressed it strongly when I arrived at the window the elderly lady who helped me was super friendly and nice. My disappointment, didn’t begin until I drove off and began to eat the sandwich. The bacon was rubbery, nowhere near fully cooked or crispy and a sandwich while you’d want to think maybe it was fresh because it was hot certainly wasn’t because the paper had been crumbled and un crumbled on the sandwich more times than you could imagine. It looked like it had been thrown in the bottom of a school bag or something. I can’t tell you how disappointed I am that I truly did not get a fresh sandwich as requested nor did I get crispy bacon. By this time I was down the road and didn’t have time to go back or I would have.

Absolutely terrible. They trespassed me for something i didn’t even do, and the kid that did something didn’t even get trespassed. It’s unbelievably stupid because everytime i go there i order food and stay in my car. Just awful. I guess me and my friends happened to be in wrong place in wrong time. Crazy that they trespassed me and didn’t trespass the kids that did something. Unreal.

We ordered the 1.99 double cheeseburgers takeout. They were dry, the buns crumbled to pieces and were hardly warm. And I don't know what was in the "hamburger" meat patties. I'd rate as an F but I'll give a D rating because the pickles were good.

Food is decent. Tastes like every other sonic.

Last couple times I've come they have had a ton of trouble hearing me over the speaker when I order and the girl has just gotten frustrated with me that I have to correct her when she got heard my order wrong.

The car hop who delivered my food was very nice.

May be time to get a new speaker at the drive thru.

Order French toast sticks and get no syrup. Order a cheese and pretzel get no cheese. Call the restaurant and the girl tells me the app doesn’t add the sauces. Who orders French toast sticks without syrup? Who orders a pretzel WITH CHEESE and then doesn’t want the cheese?? Both items in app on the menu say it’s included. Then the girl tells me it’s my responsibility to make sure the cheese and syrup is in the bag and to ask the car hop for it before I leave. DO YOUR JOB AND READ THE RECEIPT. Also look at the photos where it says, what’s included.

I’m a regular customer here at this location. Most of the staff is very rude. The experience I had the other night was very unpleasant. I ordered a drink and fries. The screen said kodie is on her way. I expected a greeting and for her to read my order back. Not a single word and she rolled her eyes. This has happened more than once with the same girl. I would consider reevaluating your staff members. This attitude creates a bad environment and makes customers not wanna come back!

Chill on the salt! Everything is tasting very salty lately, especially your new fries, they are good fries but there is so much salt they are uneatable. My wife likes lots of salt and she can’t even eat them! I think the grooves in you groovy fries are holding more salt than you realize. Put the salt shaker down!!!!
