The customer service I recieved from the girls here today was beyond exemplary. The espresso machine was broke, but they were doing thier best to fix it. They aren't trained techs, but they were definitely doing all they could to get the machine working again. Even though thier day wasn't going the greatest, both employees kept smiles on thier faces, and did everything in thier power to ensure customers were happy. Republic Starbucks needs better management and a regular staff that really care about making great drinks. Also could use a drive thru. Sometimes I get friendly service and good drinks but it's very inconsistent. Seems more like a Starbucks training facility.
