Richland Eagle Stop is a popular and well-liked store with friendly, positive, and playful employees who focus on good service. Customers appreciate how the staff work together to handle busy times efficiently and are always willing to accommodate special requests. The associates often notice when customers are feeling down and try to lift their spirits. Many customers highlight the convenience of the location, especially for getting gas, Monsters, and free drinks through their rewards program, which offers up to 4 free drinks a month and discounts on gas. The store is open on time and is very convenient for early morning commuters. The staff, mostly female, are generally nice and ethical, though some customers feel they can be a bit clicky. Despite the busy environment and occasional messiness, customers praise the staff’s professionalism and management. The only minor issue is the parking lot being awkward, but this does not affect the overall positive experience.
