HORRIBLE service. I was there yesterday and a man who claim to be the manager with long dreads literally went off on me while the others watched and the woman manager watched also and said nothing to this man. I came in asking about the BOGO and he said that’s not offered in store, but probably on the app and I said ok. He asked what I wanted and I said the bowl. Absolutely worst experience at a Chipotle, and it gets worse every time we go. The customer service and the employees there are so rude! The employees complete all the call in orders first, and never even address that you are standing there waiting. They act like they are annoyed that you ask for them to make your food. They roll their eyes and talk like uneducated trash to their customers. Worst Chipotle EVER!
I wish I would have gotten her name but whoever is working today, is a sweet sweet woman. All of the craziness with the stay at home order and quarantine measures and a little confusion with our order, she was still so lovely and helpful!!!
